The location of the home was very nice and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and saw several deer in the fields each evening. Plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen was well equipped. My only reason for giving a rating of 3 is that the couch cushions were pretty worn out so sitting inside wasn’t very comfortable and the queen mattress in the back room sunk into the middle of bed.

Annual Birthday Trip

Our trip was wonderful. The house sits in a quiet serene location, but close enough for us to go to the races at Kentucky Downs, see the show Shiners in Nashville, visit Mammoth Cave, and have some bourbon tasting in Bardstown. This is my favorite destination, and plan to return annually as long as Lila will have us.

A lovely and very comfortable country home with modern conveniences. Perfect for a romantic or family getaway. Wide open outdoor space makes for spectacular sunsets and sunrises. Family vacation

Home Away from Home

We lived in this house when our kids were little and it's great to be able to visit again. We're building & wanted to spend Christmas in a real house (not our camper) and this was prefect! We love this area and this farm.

Peaceful Mockingbird Hill

We enjoyed our stay!! It was so peaceful. House was neat and clean. Loved the open concept of kitchen, dining, living rooms. Great accommodations. Enjoyed drinking our coffee and eating breakfast on front porch. We will definitely be back.
