I came into Portland after two flight were delayed at 10:30. The shuttle was there on time, the check staff was awake and helpful, bed was comfy. Price was better than the others. What more could you ask for?

The hotel was surprisingly awesome! It was clean from when you pull into the parking area, walk into the lobby, enter the elevator and the room. The room was decorated nicely and had all of the amenities that anyone would need, plus. The bathroom and shower were clean and well stocked with bathing products. I would stay here any time I came to Saco!!

The staff was so very helpful and welcoming . We checked in at 2 AM and was allowed to do a later check out which was incredibly helpful after a 11 hour drive . The beds were comfortable and all towels and floors were clean . The room was not stuffy and the AC worked . Overall great price for the place . They also had coffee for later which was helpful for the long journey home .

Our first room was clean and well maintained. The hard tile floor didn't have and old-room carpet smell. The bathroom ceiling leaked the 3rd night, we were given the next available clean room that morning. The next room smelled like curry. The hotel is close to the shore, everything we wanted to do was an hour or less away. Quiet rooms, no traffic noise, adequate breakfast.

I stayed here for business. It was just a quick overnight trip. I got there at noon time and the staff stated that they couldn't check me in until 2:00 which is not uncommon but they were barely any cars in the parking lot. I came back at 2:00 and checked in there was a lot of construction being done on the premises however I didn't hear anything that was of concern or that kept me awake at night. The bed was comfortable. The room I stayed in was not bad but I knew going there when I booked that it wasn't going to be a five-star experience. If I was in the area again for business I would stay here again.
