This hotel is in a great location. It's close to many things and well positioned for transportation options. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We were able to check in early with no issues. It's an older building and the climate control is an issue. They can only have the heat or the AC on and there is no individual room control. This made how a very stuffy and uncomfortable stay for us. At checkout, they mentioned they had fans available but we were not offered one before then

Loved everything and area around hotel was nice and calm. Friendly staff. Only issue my friend and I had was the room had no AC. So we had the windows open so the room would not be so stuffy. Please install AC to every room.

Great location and great for walking. We opted for a ballroom. Which was nice because unfortunately I didn’t do my research to realize theres no ac at this hotel. We like our room cold so this was horrible. The front desk brought up a fan at midnight which helped… it also helped to muffle out the noise of the constant ambulances going by and the homeless guys below us having a screaming match. The bedding was amazing but the pillows were too firm. Our group of 3 didn’t sleep well and will not be back. There’s so many great things about this hotel and they really do make you feel special but the ac is a deal breaker. There’s no fans in the bathroom and extremely dim lighting for makeup. We enjoyed the experience there but I couldn’t imagine staying there in the summer.

I did not like that the price Expedia sent me for the booking after confirmation was not representative of what I would be paying at the desk. If you cannot provide accurate billing for the site then you need to amend your practices. I paid close to double after all the charges the hotel claimed. Parking, amenity fee and taxes. I confirm the booking on the Expedia site based on trusting that your information is correct. It was not.

We stayed here for one night with our puppy. The room (426) was comfortable and spacious. We had no issues finding space for our small crate. The room temperature was perfect, and it was a comfy bed. The staff was friendly and attentive—There are multiple green areas around the hotel to take your furry friend for a walk and relieve themselves—the complimentary drink and water bottle were a good surprise.
