This is a spacious 600 sq. ft. fully furnished modern studio located under a charming Victorian home in prime NW Portland area. This studio located on a quiet dead-end street in the highly desirable alphabet district has a cozy living space with a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, private bathroom, and a cozy living room area with queen size bed and sleeper sofa. This quaint studio has an open floor plan featuring a kitchen that is fully stocked with a stainless range for cooking, granite counters, and newer appliances including microwave and dishwasher. The cozy living room space includes a queen bed with white linen, sleeper sofa, flat screen TV with Roku, fireplace, and air conditioning for warmer days. There's a relaxing dining area with a table and chairs plus a separate dining nook with stools. The unit provides a private fully furnished bathroom with shower plus a washer and dryer for convenience!
This studio has its own private entrance with keyless entry located to the side of the Victorian house down a short, well lit path. You'll be greeted with a a small outdoor patio with table and chairs situated just outside your door.
This unit is located in a prime, highly desirable location close to it all! We're just a few blocks from NW 23rd Avenue (near Thurman) featuring retail boutiques, home design shops both local and well-known, restaurants, bakeries, breweries, coffee shops, antiques, galleries, parks and hiking trails (just blocks from Forest Park). It is very close to the street car for quick access to the Pearl District (also within walking distance), Willamette River and Downtown.
The unit is located on a quiet dead-end street with lots of street parking plus a path at end of street for direct access to Thurman where the coffee shops, eateries and boutiques begin. Close to public transit… makes this a great place to stay whether for work or fun!

GREAT PLACE

Booked for a wedding at Hoyt Arboretum and reception Crystal Ballroom. Perfect location. I was easily able to park on the street and get everywhere I needed to quickly. The unit was lovely, very quiet, had everything and a mere one block over there are streets and streets of restaurants and shops. Becky was a dear at helping me with anything. Thank you, thank you. I hope to book again for another visit.

The location was excellent - great shops and restaurants within walking distance in a quaint, beautiful neighborhood. The studio was clean and well-stocked, and Becky (the host) was prompt and friendly in all communications. We had a bit of an issue with the Keurig machine - which she immediately addressed (although the replacement still didn't work). But "life happens", and that very minor incident didn't affect an awesome experience for us! I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect property in Nob Hill

This property was spot on as described. The initial instructions were clear with the checkout being the same. This property is the perfect place from which to walk to the many shops and restaurants in Nob Hill. This property has everything needed for a Portland visit and the property manger couldn't have been any better.

Great location

Perfect stay for three adults wanting to explore the Portland area. Bed and couch were comfortable, the space was small as mentioned but well-utilized, and the location could not be beat! Would recommend to others because of its location to 23rd avenue, a great spot for restaurants and shopping.

Perfect location and getaway for two

Great location!

Beautiful property in a great neighborhood

Nice, clean and quiet property in a quaint neighborhood that has everything you need. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops and shops within easy walking distance with public transportation a ten minute walk away to connect you with the rest of the city. Great host with quick communication.

Weekend getaway

This was an amazing property in such a cute neighborhood!! Tons of places to walk, grocery, coffee, shopping and restaurants. We booked the stay for a concert and would gladly stay again anytime we are in Portland. Well stocked kitchen, bathroom, etc.

Perfect Hideaway

Great location just off NW 23rd. Close to restaurants and shops. Nice studio layout. A/C worked very well despite the 100 degree days. Well maintained amenities and landscaping.

Great location, well kept atudio

This was a wonderful studio for me and my spouse. I would recommend for a couple. Is small for four people. The location was absolutely perfect. It was walkable to a beautiful park for hiking and a vibrant neighborhood with shops, eateries, and bars. Becky, the manager, was helpful and responsive. The check-in was super easy and there was street parking. I would stay here again.

Enjoyed the stay

Owner very easy to work with. The apartment is surprisingly roomy for a studio. Appreciated the shower stall instead of stepping into a tub to shower. Nice supply of cookware and dishes. Enjoyed being able to sit outside in the evening. I ate one meal at Jakes Famous Crawfish; it was outstanding.

Just Perfect for Us

I stayed for three weeks in Becky's studio. It was very clean and in a great location for coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Becky is an excellent host and was extremely responsive when I contacted her which was only twice and for minor issues. As a senior, my only issue was finding a parking space and therefore never ventured out if I had to return after dark. I would definitely stay here again but probably would not bring my car.

Great location

Well appointed and maintained. If you have a car, the parking permit provided is priceless and it is set up prior to your arrival. Located on a cul de sac makes parking easy as there was always space available. My visits are primarily to be in the Alphabet District the entire time. The location afforded me the opportunities to enjoy everything in the District by just being able to walk everywhere easily. The owner is informative prior to arrival and quickly responds to any questions or concerns. All in all I loved this place.

Great little place, great location

My 2nd time staying with Becky but 1st time in this unit. Very compact but had everything we needed. We didn’t pull out the couch bed, one person slept on the sofa and was very comfy. I love this neighborhood! We didn’t rent a car this trip, and had no problem using the Tri-met, the stop to go practically anywhere is right at the end of the street. I will definitely stay with Becky again!!

Portland in August

Good place to stay for us. Close to the people we were visiting. Only issue is that the people above us were heavy footed and we could hear them walking around. Fortunately we kept similar hours. It was nice that there was lots of coffee and filters supplied. We would stay in these properties again.
