"The service from the hotel was great from the front lobby to the custodian's, upon entering Andrew was a lot of help and even gave us some spots to grab a bite to eat and informed us about the city. One of the things we liked was the room service, one night when we got there they had cleaned up our rooms and made the sheets, a final touch that we really loved was that we had some Chicken plushies and they put those on top of the beds after making it & thought it was adorable and super nice of them ! 😊 Would definitely recommend staying at the hotel, only thing is what we didn’t like was the open shower.. the design makes it for the heat go not stay trapped in. Besides that everything with our stay was amazing !!"

"This is my 5th stay. I love having my car secure right across from the hotel. The walking path by the river is beautiful. Some of the rooms have balconies overlooking this and it is so peaceful. The rooms are very clean and good sized. We have always had hot water and the beds are comfy. I love that they supply full sized pillows, four to a king bed. The front desk folks are very nice and the panini in the bar is excellent. "

"From curbside valet/bellman, to front desk, to restaurant staff everyone I came in contact with provided great customer service. The room was very spacious. Enjoyed my sitting are. The bed was very comfortable. I really liked the steamer vs having a iron and ironing board. The robe was a nice touch too. Only downside was the bathroom/shower area was small/narrow. I would recommend this hotel and if have business in the area again will stay here."
