The staff was polite and friendly. No problem checking in, as I did pre check in online. The room was clean. However the windows could use blinds under the curtains to keep the light out while sleeping, as,There are alot of lights outside.

Kids loved the pool and hot tub, room was spacious. My only complaint is that the other guests did not respect the pool rules and there was no staff checking in to supervise the area-lots of alcoholic beverages and wild kids with zero supervision.
