Rooms were clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. I believe the pool is part of the Club Vitality. It would have been nice for Expedia to post that the pool is closed to children after 7:00PM. It wouldn’t have changed my booking but good to know in advance. For laundry, there is a self service laundry by the gas station. Convenient that it’s close by. When parking, just make sure you’re parking in the yellow dot.

The guy at reception was extremely friendly and professional and made sure he could get us in for dinner later that evening which was excellent . Overall the room, food, and pool facilities were of a high standard. All staff were extremely polite, helpful and professional.

They were doing some renovations in the hallways so that was a bit messy. On the flip side, its nice that they are doing renovations. The room was a good size, clean, and comfortable. We never did get a chance to use the pool.

Cant complain

Good, friendly service at reception. Spacious and very clean room. Comfortable nights stay. Parking nit an issue as large car park. Hotel is on a small park with an M&S and Burger King, so some Youthful activity.
