"I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."

From all the little design touches to the gorgeous breakfast spread, the sweetest dogs and little cat, and the pool area - everything was perfect! I especially loved the bathrooms which were gorgeously decorated, filled with local organic products and a great shower. "The masseria was a sanctuary for our family during the hot Puglian summer. The family and staff were fantastic and the property itself is beautiful and has modern appointments. Our breakfasts were delicious and the dinner we ate at the property was also great. The location is very convenient, being a short drive from Otranto town but not in the busy centre. It is also located a relatively short drive from a number of beaches and other places of interest. "
