"It’s hard to accurately describe how wonderful Livia’s Villa is, so I’ll offer this comment from a friend who arrived first: “It’s like stepping into a dream.” 15 of us traveled from the US and a few points in Amsterdam to celebrate my husband’s birthday. No one wanted to leave.The property is gorgeous, Livia is an exceptional host, the town and many amenities are close by, and Nonna Maria’s dinner on the first night was wonderful. We’d absolutely come back and are already planning our trip! "

"Wir hatten einen sehr gemütlichen Urlaub in San Giorgio. Rocco war bei Problemen erreichbar und gab Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Schöner weiter Strand fußläufig zu erreichen mit 2 Bars. Mitte September war es sehr ruhig dort. Leider kein Supermarkt in der Nähe, sodass man mit dem Auto einkaufen gehen muss. "

"The house is fantastic, the landlord is a very nice person. He welcomed us the first day together with his wife and kindly explained us all the details of the house and of the pool. We really relaxed for three weeks, never had a problem, just enjoyed the vacation."

"Crazy beautiful villa - especially the outside space which is just gorgeous. Mauro and Enzo are on hand to help with everything from booking a hire car to playing doctor (my daughter got stung by something!). The place is really well stocked with crockery/glasses etc too. Only negative is that the hotel next door plays loud (and awful) music all evening. Didn’t bother us, but if you want peace and quiet this would spoil it."

"The house is an independent house, comfortable and good. The beds were good and the kitchen equipment was very complete. The house has a lot of space and beautiful terraces and garden, where you can barbecue if you like. You have a nice view at the sea and there is a nice beach at 200m. "Super Vermieter sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar, Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, und ein Restaurant am Meer gibt es auch sehr gut.... Wir lieben die Ruhige Lage der nächste Bäcker ist um diese Jahreszeit ca 10km entfernt, ab Saison beginn dann kommt ein Bäcker wagen vorbei alles ist super und Toll, nur ab und an das Hundegebell von den wilden Hunden oder Nachbarn ist etwas störend"

"Photo was misleading. It had the house right by the water it was not. It said AC, no AC, but fans did work, somehow. A little investment in getting rid of the ants in the kitchen by spraying and indoor portable AC would make this place a top billing for couples and or family Alberto was a great host. Need to provide info on house in writing. No need to guess. Things like garbage, wi-fi info, other aspects close to perfect. Host is new, so he did an outstanding job."
