In the recreation area, there’s a barbecue grill where you can prepare delicious grilled meals. <br>The pool is in a league of its own—it blends the colours of the beach sand and the sea.<br>The prime location—close to Eco Parque, the ferry, and the beaches—makes this place a favourite among everyone seeking moments of peace and tranquility.<br><br>The main house features, on the ground floor, a living room, an open-concept kitchen overlooking the pool, a half-bath, and a laundry area. <br>In the living room, guests can enjoy the view of the pool, read a good book, or chat. Also on the ground floor are two suites with double beds. <br>The entire upper floor is occupied by the master suite, which features a king-size bed and a sofa bed.<br>The two chalets attached to the main house each accommodate three adults. They feature an air-conditioned suite, a living room with a ceiling fan, and a balcony. Please enquire about alternative payment arrangements.<br>- Upon arrival at the property, a security check in the amount of R$1,800.00 must be issued, which will be used to cover any damages or losses caused to the property during the rental period.<br>MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - Maximum occupancy is 13 people plus 5 children up to 6 years old, provided they share a bed with their parents. Occupancy exceeding the permitted limit is not allowed for reasons of comfort and convenience.<br> CLEANING - The TENANT may request daily cleaning during their stay for a fee of (R$250.00 – two hundred and fifty reais) per day; it is NECESSARY to provide 24 hours’ notice. - For reservations of 7 days or more, one cleaning service—including a change of bed linens and towels—is included. Cleaning services do not include the washing of personal clothing, dishes, or utensils.<br>BEDDING AND BATH LINENS - Bedding: The LANDLORD provides a set of bedding and bath linens to the TENANT and their guests at no cost. -A change of linens (bed and bath) may be requested at a cost of R$ 350.00 per house. <br>ELECTRICITY - Consumption of 50 KWh per day is included. - Consumption is charged at R$ 1.50 per kWh used (metre readings are taken at check-in and check-out).
