Bom hotel

Hotel bom, mas não ótimo. O quarto é espaçoso e confortåvel, mas não tem uma mesa, o que atrapalha pra quem precisa trabalhar. O café da manhã, apesar da muita variedade, não era tão saboroso. Não tinha ågua fria nas opçÔes. A internet era bem ruim. As instalaçÔes do hotel são muito boas, a piscina e a hidro (que precisa reservar antes) são boas. Os atendentes são simpåticos e prestativos.

Hotel bom porém colchão da cama de casal bem desconfortåvel e duro. Mal consegui dormir. Ar condicionado muito bom. TV pequena e só canais abertos. Internet do hotel não funcionou nenhum dia no quarto. Avisamos varias vezes mas nada resolvia. Café da manhã com pouca variedade. Piscina muito boa. Voltaria sim novamente. No site aparece que não tem estacionamento por isso não alugamos carro porem tem estacionamento. Ou seja, não alugamos carro por bobagem. No mais, hotel muito bom.

Incrível! Atendimento excepcional. Gostaria de destacar o atendimento do Alex que realmente faz a diferença! Hotel maravilhoso, no quésito higiene estão de parabéns, as toalhas do quarto eram trocadas todos os dias mesmo sem eu solicitar. Café da manhã super bem preparado, só uma ressalva( cuzcus e tapioca deveria ter todos os dias) fora isso foi tudo maravilhoso!!!

Cama confortavel, chuveiro bom, bom cafe da manhã. Porem, o quarto não oferece muito: falta uma mesa de serviço, uma mesinha de cabeceira( só tem uma ) . A tv, não tem opção e ruim. O predio estå com cheiro de mÎfo, e paredes /calhas com infiltraçoes. Não tem uma academia. Tå faltando muita manutenção. A limpeza nos espaços publicos estão falhas. Para um hotel classificado como 4 estrelas, teriam de ser bem melhor, mais cuidado.

Hotel bem organizado, limpo. Uma dica precisa fazer upgrade nos lençóis e toalhas de banho, pois bem surradas e o lençol tinha muito cheiro de mofo, mas de resto foi muito bom!

Esperava muito mais pelo hotel

Hotel bem localizado, perto da praia , porém o quarto era muito pequeno, a limpeza deixou a desejar, só ocorria a cada 2 dias, toalhas e coberta tive que pegar na recepção, não tem shampoo, condicionador, apenas sabonete no banheiro, o estacionamento era por ordem de chegada, ficamos todos os dias do lado de fora, numa rua esburacada e cheia de lamas, devido a chuva. Quando cheguei me ofereceram um quarto com cozinha, não havia solicitado, porém a informação que seria um upgrade, achei a cozinha boa, apesar de não ter usado, mas o quarto era muito, muito pequeno.

FuncionĂĄrios super atenciosos, gentis e prestativos. A parte externa do hotel Ă© agradĂĄvel, piscina limpa, tudo bem cuidado. PorĂ©m, fomos colocados em um quarto com cheiro de urina. Pedimos para trocar e o recepcionista foi muito gentil e prestativo, nos mostrou outros quartos atĂ© que encontramos um quarto melhor, na ala nova do hotel. As fotos colocadas no site nĂŁo condizem com as acomodaçÔes. Devem ter usado fotos dos quartos de outros hotĂ©is da rede. As camas sĂŁo extremamente duras, assim como os travesseiros, que alĂ©m de duros, sĂŁo finos e tĂȘm um cheiro bem ruim.

Ótimo hotel, cafĂ© da manhĂŁ muito bom, amei a senhora que fazia as tapiocas no restaurante do jeito que querĂ­amos, a jacuzzi Ă© top! O quarto novinho, tudo bem cuidado, com certeza se eu puder voltar me hospedaria novamente!
