Opossum infestation

Terrible. The hotel is very old and infested with opossums. On the second night, I heard a noise in the patio door, and it was an opossum trying to get in. The next day, I saw two more running by the rooms. When I told the front desk, the man said they knew about it. It's an ongoing issue, but they cannot get rid of the opossums. We left that day, and hotels.com did not refund the unused nights, which was pretty disappointing.

Fomos após os reveillon agora de 2026 e passamos 4 dias em casal. Mas o hotel/resort precisa melhorar e não penso mais em voltar a me hospedar. A água da piscina turva, não dava pra ver o fundo, nitidamente não é limpa com frequencia, sauna e hidro tem só pra dizer que tem, porque são antigas e pouco higiênicas, jardinagem e ambientes do resort precisam de um cuidado melhor. Internet horrivel, ficamos vários dias sem poder usar, a TV do quarto não é smart e pega poucos canais e o café da manhã é bem simples, todos os dias tinha coisas faltando no buffet... mas o que tem é bom, porém por ser resort esperava mais. Mas o pior de tudo é que o resort fica ao lado de uma Arena de Shows, e 2 dos quatro dias foram terriveis pra dormir, os shows terminaram pelas 03:30 da manhã, e não estou falando de som baixo, é show com musica muito alta e luzes que batem direto no quarto, mais alta que a TV, impossivel de dormir. Outro ponto importante: O hotel fica longe do centro, onde a noite tem as feirinhas e é super movimentada, toda a orla é parada e muito congestionada, uber e taxi super caros (acima de cem reais) só pra ir e ainda cobram por fora. Impossivel se deslocar dali. Não indico essa hospedagem pra ninguém!

Café da manhã muito simples , aquém do esperado e o box do banheiro não era muito limpo , arrumação deixou a desejar , teve dia que me deixaram sem toalhas no quarto , no outro deixei roupas para lavar na lavanderia .. entrega era com 24hrs levaram 48hrs sem me explicarem e ainda assim porque fui na rwcpção cobrar.
