A estrutura do hotel é ok, mas falta manutenção, principalmente da água da piscina, que estava turva todos os dias da estadia. Além disso, ficamos extremamente chateados com a falta de flexibilidade no check-out, chegaram a nos cobrar o valor de uma diária para passarmos mais 3h no quarto, que não tinha reserva depois. Muita falta de hospitalidade. O café da manhã é fraco, principalmente quando comparado a outros hotéis do mesmo padrão e valor. Único ponto realmente positivo é a localização. Não voltaremos.

O quarto estava limpo, a equipe foi muito simpática e prestativa, com exceção do rapaz que fez o checkout na madrugada do dia 21, que mal olhou na minha cara e nem deu boa noite. Quarto espaçoso, boa roupa de cama e banho. Equipe muito atenciosa e simpática, desde o atendimento para tirar dúvidas sobre check-in tardio quanto no atendimento so café da manhã e dojantar. Precisei que adaptassem pratos para mim, que sou vegetariana, e fui prontamente atendida. Piscinas muito boas. Sala de jogos precisa de uma manutenção, mas deu pra nos divertir. Localização ótima, tsnto para quem quer agito quanto para quem quer ficar mais na paz na praia re Taperapuan.
