Inside, this quiet apartment comprises 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and one with 2 single beds (sleeps 4), air-conditioned, 1 spacious bathroom with Italian shower and toilet, a lovely living room opening onto the kitchen with central island. A small storage room (for suitcases, vacuum cleaner and small ladder) and a fully-equipped laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, sink with mirror, ironing board...).

Outside, located in a housing estate, the apartment offers a lovely space for relaxing on its 15m2 terrace, which features a lounge and dining area. Sliding panels allow you to position yourself sheltered from the sun throughout the day, depending on exposure.
A free parking space is dedicated to the apartment, and keys will be provided for access. The apartment is non-smoking, except on the terrace.

The Vignola apartment offers direct access to the old port of Porto-Vecchio and its old town (less than 5 minutes on foot or free Citadina electric shuttle). Shops are also close by, and can be reached on foot (supermarket, tobacconist, pharmacy, restaurants, bakery, etc.). The beaches of Palombaggia and Santa Giulia are also nearby.

Para-hotel service, household linen (beds, bathrooms and kitchen) is included in the rental and installed according to the number of travelers (percale comforter cover, percale flat sheet, percale pillowcase, bath sheet, small towel, bath mat, kitchen towels).

To start your stay, you'll have a sponge, a garbage can liner in each of the accommodation's garbage cans (kitchen & bathroom), a roll of toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning spray, 2 washing machine tablets and 2 dishwasher tablets, pepper/salt, olive oil.
However, you will be responsible for renewing some of these products (spray cleaner, salt/pepper, olive oil).

Arrivals are from 5:00 p.m. (extra charge for arrivals between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.) and maximum departure at 10:00 a.m. We like to be able to meet you and give you all the information you need and answer all your questions.
We will do our utmost to welcome you at the time that suits you best, but times may vary depending on the time at which previous tenants leave, the state in which the property is left, and any repairs or other work we may have to carry out between 2 rentals.

The concierge will contact you 1 week before your arrival for further information by sms or e-mail.

For your information, these are furnished tourist accommodations, not to be confused with the services offered by hotels or guest houses. We therefore ask all our travelers to respect the premises and honor the requests made by the owner & concierge.

On arrival, an inventory of fixtures will be signed by both parties. Any damage or breach of the house rules will be the subject of a dispute and may be deducted from the security deposit.

In order to preserve our environment and avoid waste, you can leave only unopened products in the fridge and dry products in the cupboards, which will be recovered so that they don't end up in the garbage can. Everything else, however, must be thrown away.
