"Die Mini Villa hat eine super Lage, nur 2 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Auch die Anlage ist schön. Allerdings weist die Immobilie einige Mängel auf, die uns sehr gestört haben. Die Haupttüre ist eine Schiebetüre und lässt sich nicht korrekt verschließen. Egal wie der Hebel der Türe veschlossen wird, die Türe lässt sich ohne Schlüssel öffnen. Ein Safe ist vorhanden, jedoch defekt. Somit waren unsere Wertsachen den gesamten Zeitraum ungesichert. Das Doppelbett besteht aus zwei Einzelbetten, die...

"We booked for a week but left after 3 days. We are tough but not that tough. A neighbour was burning leaves 24/7. We couldn't go outside or open a window. It hurt our eyes and throats. Regine said she called but nothing changed. We gave her an opportunity to make good when we told her we had to leave and find a hotel but nothing was offered. Otherwise, the kitchen was well supplied, there were 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels, thin pillows and a no-frills bed. This is my first negative review...

"We had a lovely week here with our 2 young children, the house was equipped with everything we needed. The kids loved the dipped area by the fireplace and that was their play area/ house! Wonderful views for breakfast from the balcony and amazing views from the roof terrace in the evenings when it had cooled. It became a place for our eldest to play card games with daddy whilst enjoying the views. The swimming pools around the corner were great and we visited a couple of times, the kids loved...

The general manager avoided me until I emailed him direct and demanded he call me. He then claimed our claims were not true and told us because we had checked in were weren’t entitled to any refunds for the two nights we didn’t stay. They take all the money upfront so we had no leverage to claim or...

"Beautiful rural and well manicured setting with lovely apartments, well stocked kitchen, wonderful pools and helpful staff. Kitchen needed sponges and dishwashing detergent. Very nice spot"
