"Easily one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The architecture is breathtaking—every building is designed to perfectly showcase the majestic beauty of the Bay of Kotor. Absolutely everything was flawless: the thoughtful attention to detail, the effortless comfort, and the top-tier service. Special shoutout for the extraordinarily well-equipped gym—a rare find that made keeping up with our workout routine completely seamless. 10 out of 10, this place will forever hold a special place in our hearts."

"Great apartment, good views over the surrounding area, with a great pool. Aircon in the smaller bedroom was insufficient, but fan and other parts of the property meant it stayed cool.Lovely pool, which was typically quiet, as was the whole complex.It is up a very steep hill from the road, so a car is a must reallyWould recommend a stay here and hosts were very helpful"
Stylish 4BR Villa w/ Pool near Porto Novi Beach

"Our host Gokhan couldn’t do enough for us. We were welcomed with wine, fruit and chocolates and he restocked everything constantly throughout our stay including cucumbers from the family vegetable patch. The villa is brand new and high spec throughout, the pictures don’t do it justice and they need to update them to reflect better what a great place it is. It’s a 4 bedroom villa, I loved the main bedroom which you accessed via a sky bridge, 3 bathrooms plus downstairs cloakroom all high spec .As it’s only gone on the market in the last few weeks I guess they need to build up reviews. The villas are phase one of a development and there is building work around but that is reflected in the price and has no impact on our stay. Walk to Portonovi and beach nearby. Easy to get a taxi to Herceg Novi which I’d recommended. Thanks again Gokhan"
Stylish 4BR Villa w/ Pool near Porto Novi Marina

"The villa is beautifully and tastefully designed, with a high-end finish throughout. It's incredibly spacious, and everything, from the beds to the sofas, is exceptionally comfortable. The photos simply don't do it justice. We all had a genuine "wow" moment when we walked in, especially compared to other properties we've stayed in at a similar price point.The location is perfect. Porto Novi is just a ten-minute walk away, where you can enjoy a reasonably priced coffee while taking in the stunning marina and luxury yachts. Better still, just a couple of minutes beyond that is Denovici, a charming seaside village that, thankfully, hasn't yet been spoilt by mass tourism. The waterfront is lined with lovely bars and family-run tavernas where you can enjoy fantastic food and drinks for less than 70 for a family.The hosts hospitality made our stay even more memorable. Although this will eventually become a much larger complex, it currently has a warm, family-run atmosphere that we absolutely loved. Gokhan and the team were friendly, professional, and always happy to help.We were among the first guests to stay in the villa, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Whenever we needed anything, Gokhan was there almost immediately. After we jokingly mentioned that wine and coffee were our essentials, he surprised us with both and home grown cucumbers, a thoughtful gesture that perfectly summed up his kindness. If you are considering booking do not hesitate."

"The property is situated in a truly stunning location with local shops, bars and restaurants 10-15 min walk away.Three floors of self contained mini apartments was ideal for our extended family group with lots of space and fabulous pool.Some minor repairs and updates were needed but this should not detract from the fabulous holiday opportunity the property offers Hosts were responsive and helpful with any enquiries and we all had a wonderful holiday Highly recommended!"

"I was fairly impressed with the hotel itself and treatment I received. The staff were very friendly, helpful and overall I really enjoyed my experience and the excursions (tour by boat to Kotor) & (Blue cave tour). Everything was great and I will definitely be returning in the near future. Thank you so to the lovely Ognjenka and Ana so much for making my experience so wonderful! And to the amazing chef Ilija Jurisic who served some delicious meals (I will definitely miss!) "
