"The best location, right in the lower area of Riomaggiore so it’s very easy to access and get around with minimal stairs. Cutest little apartment with everything you would need to cook. There is a bit of a damp smell but only takes 5-10 minutes with the window open to air it out.
This location is unbeatable and Riomaggiore is definitely the best town to stay in. Will 100% stay here again in the future! "

Are you looking for a corner of paradise between La Spezia and Portovenere? Well, you have found it!Fieschi 316 is a house that will be able to transfer its warmth and exclusivity to you. The apartment has recently been renovated and has plenty of space
"The best part of this place is the rooftop patio. The view from the patio, the smell of flowers and the epic view of the ocean is top notch. Everything is clean and the location is central to the main street in Vernazza.
If you have bad knees or are not a hiker, I don't recommend this place. The kitchen/food prep space can only accommodate 1 person max! If you have 4 people staying, there is no "common area" inside unless you want to be amongst your friends belongings.

"Pros: Everything. The host was really nice and at our disposal at all times. The house has everything you may need (except a microwave). The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean.
Cons: The fact that it didn't have a microwave"

"Great location in the heart of La Spezia right near the port. The host was great, responds quickly to communication and gave us great advice on things to do and places to eat. The only thing missing in the flat is a sitting area of some sort, if you are going to be there for a while."

"The location could not be better. Very close to the train, restaurants and sea. I would recommend parking in Spezia and taking train in. The apartment is only a block away from the station. Parking in town is expensive.
Would recommend the sunset cruise with Antonio Bellante of Crazy Boat Cinque Terre"

"Staff where very helpful, spoke good English as it is the only language I speak. The hotel is a 5 to 10 minutes walk to the old town harbour shops a nd restaurant"
"I have to start with the delicious breakfast and the service by the staff people at the breakfast It was the best thing about our stay. The room is ok, it was clean and perfect for one night. The pool did not look clean we did not use it, The location is walking distance from restaurants. The parking is on the street kind of first come first served."
"I really like this hotel!
Unlike these new self-service hotels, this hotel is the example of how a hotel should be run, with staff who are readily available, a high-quality, broad-choice breakfast, decor that is tasteful and relaxing, and clean rooms with high ceilings in a solid building.
I was concerned about the hotel being close to a main road, but the street noise was not as bad as I had thought it would be. The windows and building are solid enough to keep out most of the noise, and the street quiets down at night.
I highly recommend the room with the balcony as the view is so nice. We spent a lot of our time just sitting on the balcony watching the boats go by.
Also, just park in front of the hotel, where the hotel has spots marked by the red/white striped poles. The hotel charges a parking fee to park in front of the hotel, but I thought the fee was comparable to parking in town where parking spots are severely limited."
"We cannot say enough about our whole experience at this truly unique property. From the moment we were greeted by our host at the parking garage (who later also assisted with our luggage), to the moment we said goodbye, the customer service and communication was excellent. Special care was taken with our family, and every effort was made to make our visit most memorable – which it was! Our host was knowledgeable about the area, friendly and most helpful. The location of the property was superb and in the center of town. It was close to everything including the Cinque Terre region which we also traveled to. A delicious daily breakfast was also provided in a nearby hotel and detailed instructions were provided in advance of our arrival, so we were familiar with the operations of the hot tub, water, electricity, and more. Our family had a one-of-a-kind and magical experience here and we highly recommend this place. Thank you!"
