"I lived locally but stayed there for 2 nights for Victorious Festival. Comfortable bed, clean and overall excellent service. Short distance from Lakeside North Harbour which is within a walking distance."

"Steve was really friendly and helped us find a nice place for dinner and breakfast. Kindly sorted a parking space on the property as I think it was a quiet night. But there’s also a huge car park on the other side of the building. More to do at the property than we realised. The communal area is brilliant. Don’t waste your money in the arcades as there’s loads to do at the hotel: pool, air hockey, table tennis, old school games table (pac man etc), sound system to choose your own music. Also use of a fairly big kitchen so you could quite easily make dinner or breakfast at the property. The rooms were really nice. Old Victorian seaside property but renovated and modernised tastefully with some lovely furnishings, cushions, chandelier etc. So pleased we chose this over the holiday inn. We would 100% stay again and wish we’d checked in earlier to have more time to check out the spa area. "

"Beautiful and elegant hotel with incredibly lovely staff. Stayed a couple of nights for victorious festival and we had an unbelievable view of the main stage - such a bonus. Would absolutely come back - especially for the breakfast and fantastic cocktails. "
