Located in Portsmouth, this delightful 1-bedroom cottage offers a cozy living room with a sofa bed for extra guests. With amenities like AC, WiFi, washer/dryer, and a fenced yard with a covered porch and gas grill, guests can relax and unwind in this marvelous space. Located just steps from Island Park's beaches and dining, this makes for the perfect summer getaway! We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our cottage.

PLEASE NOTE: Vrbo states that the property is ~3 minutes from the Newport Bridge. This is FALSE, it is 3 minutes from the Sakonnet Bridge. The cottage is ~30 minutes from downtown Newport, ~20 minutes from Sachuest (2nd) Beach, and ~35 minutes from the Newport Bridge. We are working on changing this and we apologize for the confusion.

Beautiful spot!

We just stayed one night but making a mental note to come back for longer! The location is amazing and the house/property is cozy. Erin was very responsive when we had any questions and super easy to communicate with. We'll be back!
