What a great spot in downtown Portsmouth!

We had such a nice stay in Portsmouth. Our host couldn't have been nicer and the place is in such a great location -- The apartment is compact and yet it was everything we needed. Recommend for a great getaway.

Awesome Place!

Todd & Tara’s place was absolutely perfect! Short walking distance to all that Portsmouth has to offer. Convenient to coastal Maine, as well. We had all the amenities one could need ~ even yummy ice cream treats in the freezer! We would definitely stay again!

Foliage vacation

It is a wonderful place, small but with everything you may need. One of our best find for sure. And the town was amazing. Highly recommend. Did not disappoint and would book the same location again.

Downtown Portsmouth Stay

The apartment was in the perfect location, right in the heart of downtown. The walkability to everything was the best part. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Could not be happier with our stay!

Excellent!

We loved our winter stay at this cozy, comfortable apartment in downtown Portsmouth. It combines the old character of the historic building with all new and modern finishes. We had easy walking access to all the shops and restaurants. Many thoughtful touches by the owner for guests. Would definitely stay again.

Back to UNH Winter Celebration

Had a couple itinerary changes and Todd was super accommodating about the changes. He had some good tips about what to do while we were there. Location is great, short walk to restaurants and shops, hope to return when we are able to stay longer. First experience with beautiful Portamouth, won't be the last! In fact we arw back in Portsmouth as I write this.

A wonderful weekend in Portsmouth

We loved staying in Todd’s adorable place! It was spotless and had everything we needed. Right in the middle of everything! We parked the car and walked everywhere all weekend. Todd was a great host, very prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommend!

Perfect Little Getaway

My husband and I took a quick little getaway, and this was the perfect location with a wonderful host. Todd was very communicative, and the apartment was clean, trendy, and welcoming. It’s right in the heart of downtown Portsmouth, within walking distance from everything you need. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely go back.

Great location and very nice place. Drawback was the stairs at the entry and very very small living area. Great for a couple. I’d stay there again but felt the price was a bit high. Super nice owner.

Portsmouth Pit-stop

It was a perfect pit-stop in Portsmouth. The location was right in the middle of great eats and perfect spot for shopping. I was concerned about parking at first, but there's a parking garage in a 1-2 minute walk. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

Perfect!

An amazing location for our stay. Walking distance to everything we needed and so much character in the space that we ended up shooting some of our wedding photos right inside! Parking can be tricky and the unit was a bit smaller than expected, but ZERO complaints.

Portsmouth gem

Was in Portsmouth for my 50th high school reunion and stayed in this fantastic apartment. Right in downtown Portsmouth and can walk to all the stores and restaurants. Was able to find streetside parking every night. Parked in the Hanover garage just one afternoon. Highly recommend this place.

winter weekend trip

We wanted to be able to stay in a place that would allow us to walk everywhere in downtown Portsmouth: to shops, to restaurants, to the water. This location is perfect, right at the edge of downtown and basically across the street from the main parking garage. The apartment on the smaller side, but SO well designed and lovely. Living and storage space is thoughtfully maximized and the "how to" notes from the owner cover everything that you need to know.

Wedding weekend

Excellent spot. As good as it looks in the pictures. Weekend wedding, and I booked thinking some relatives would share but plans changed so I was alone. Spot could comfortably accommodate 2 couples. Great location in the heart of town, easy walk to many of the popular venues, restaurants etc.

Fantastic location and comfortable unit

This was our first visit to Portsmouth, and we are so grateful to Todd for providing such a convenient and nice place to stay. We really enjoyed being able to walk to all the downtown shops and restaurants…and especially enjoyed Cure and Bennett Sandwich Shop. Also, the proximity to 95 was close enough to hop on and visit the southern coast of Maine. Really enjoyed our trip and wish we had more time to have stayed a few more days. Thank you Todd for being readily available to answer questions regarding parking, etc. Hope we get the opportunity to visit the Portsmouth area again soon.

Convenient, modern and comfortable

This unit seems newly renovated and was well-equipped. Walkable to lots of shops, dining, sites, and boat tours. The owner generously provided some nice surprises in the kitchen and fridge which we appreciated. Our only negatives: (1) parking is limited/expensive. We ended up using the free lot on Parrot Ave for overnight, which was an easy 5 minute walk. (2) Had a little trouble finding it. A photo of the street door and an identifier on the inner door would have saved us some trouble.

11 night stay… 1 great time!

We had a great time in Portsmouth over the 4th of July. The condo was cozy, very clean, well appointed, and very comfortable for the two of us. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed. The location was great - close to everything yet on a quiet part of Market St. Our only wish was that was more storage space for our clothes. But overall, we’d highly recommend this rental!
