I spent two quick days in Portsmouth and I lucked out by staying here. The apartment style room was comfortable, clean, and quite its big. The service was excellent. The location was the highlight because everything I needed (coffee, cafe, seafood, shopping) was close by so I save a lot of travel time. It left a great first impression so I’ll be back for a long stay next time.

What a find! Perfect accommodations for our party of 5. Just a quick overnight before between a Maine vacation and flight out of Logan. Obviously brand new renovation, everything you could need is here! Step out into Market Square and everything you need is right there. Be aware you are on a busy street so be prepared for some city sounds, but it didn't stop us from having a great night's sleep in comfy beds. Plenty of linens, blankets, and towels - plus fully outfitted kitchen and bath. Exceptional!! Street parking was easy right outside the front door, and there was a parking garage around the corner for longer stays.

We had such a wonderful stay at Market Square Inn for our girls’ trip! The location could not have been better,?right in the heart of downtown Portsmouth and within walking distance of the waterfront, Prescott Park, Strawbery Banke, and so many great restaurants, cafés, and shops. The place was very clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. Check-in was incredibly easy and seamless, which made our arrival stress-free. We loved being able to walk everywhere without needing to drive. We would absolutely stay here again and will definitely book this on our next trip to Portsmouth!
