"Sehr nette Hausbesitzer die auch unten im Haus wohnen. Die Wohnungen waren sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Wir ( 10 Personen) haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Unterkunft aufjedenfall weiter. "

"Host and property manager were both responsive and helpful! Kitchen was clean and well stocked with kitchen tools we needed. Small selection of coffee, sugar and tea as well!The views from the kitchen made us all gasp!"

"We stayed at Villa Roza for our honeymoon for four nights and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The villa is a short walk to Splitska but is so quiet but close enough to walk into the village with a few restaurants and a bar. Luka and Hana were amazing hosts, picking us up from the ferry, showing us around and preparing food and drinks for our arrival. They were also on hand for any questions we had and recommendations. I would 100% recommend this place it is perfect! The sunsets from the terrace are incredible and the villa is lovely. It has everything you could possibly need!!"

"Very clean apartment and great to have a proper kitchen. Huge terrace with amazing views and lovely to swim just down the road. Only issue was not being told where to park in advance so was a stressful wait on a one way street (whereas the parking is nearby and free and not an issue) owner didn’t reply to emails and the contact we were given didn’t reply to WhatsApp messages. Other than these small things would recommend. "
