"Location is very beautiful and the cabin is very comfy. The 2-2.5 mile drive up is very manageable in dry conditions. However, it rained while we were there, and the mud was quite slippery going up or down. We had AWD, but it was still was difficult at times."

"We had a great time as a group of 8 friends staying at the property for the weekend. The house and deck/patio are gorgeous, with lots of space for our larger group, and great views into Carmel valley. Lots of personal touches around the house and a well stocked kitchen. "Don't pay extra to have the pool heated! We did and they never heated it. There wasn't even water going into the pool so I'm not sure the pool is ever heated. They also wouldn't refund us for the money we spent "heating" the pool or answer my messages about it while I was there. And the pool cover was broken and took up an extra two feet of the pool. The pool's one of the biggest draws of this property, so just a heads up."
