The whole reason we booked this property was for the pool and hot tub. When we arrived was told that it was out of order to further notice, but when I called, they said it was open. Once we got in room, there were soda spilled on the wall, no trash bags in the trash cans, not even a fresh toilet paper on the roll. Then also asked for extra pillows and was told there were none. Also, I book a two not stay in my room key doesn’t work half the time. I’m there. I have to get housekeeping to unlock my door after hunting down a housekeeper. I will probably never stay at this hotel again.

The elevator was broke and I was on the 4th floor. I had to use stairs the entire time I was there and I am handicapped have a bad back and hips not supposed to be using stairs but had no choice

The beds were notably HARD and very soft pillows. Breakfast was satisfactory overall, although the oatmeal was undercooked. Additionally, the elevator made unsettling noises as it ascended or descended, giving the impression of instability."

Our stay was Amazing, Quiet and comfortable! We were in town for my brothers funeral and the room made Our stay comforting. We have stayed here before and that is why we chose Holiday Inn!

Fir the most part good. The hot tub being outside and not working was a disappointment. Also the beds were not very comfortable. The rest was ok. Oh, id have the elevator serviced. Sounds like a bearing going out.

The elevator is sooooo slow. The TVs are so out of date and small. The “cable” TV is awful. I think the smaller motels here have better TVs. The pools were shut down. They’re indoors.

Pool has been closed for months. Elevator is a little scary ride. Chair and ottoman were worn and filthy. The tv has to be at least 15 years old. It’s an older hotel in need of modern upgrades.

One night stay, the power went out after midnight and didn't come back on until 7am. My husband has a CPAP machine and needless to say we didn't get any sleep. The staff said it was the weather but when you looked outside other places of business had electricity so IDK about that. The beds weren't comfortable at all but everything was very clean. The breakfast could use some help too, everything was luke warm or hard. I love this chain of hotels so I don't know what happened here but they could use some guideness and some help before they bring this chain down.

We rode all day in the heat anticipating jumping in the pool only to find out upon arrival that the pool wasn’t in service. We get to the room to find it HOT with bugs and dirty towels still in the room. Front desk only offered to leave a note for housekeeping

Cleaning staff walked right into our room, no knocking. I found it really strange. No one helped us check out, that was inconvenient. The air conditioner worked great and the room was decent. Pool was half empty, and I assume closed. Wish that we would’ve known before hand.

It was conveniently located. The air conditioner in the room turned on every 10-15 minutes, all day and night, and was very very loud. I ordered a suite because I needed to work. There was a nice table and two chair BUT no light in the area and could not be moved to an area with light. SO stupid. Breakfast was ok but the giant yogurt frig was empty.

The pool was not available on Memorial Day this year nor was it last year. The ice in the ice machines had black stuff in it. The handy cap room shower splashed water on the bathroom floor and ran into the carpet by the bathroom door. The milk at the breakfast was sour and clabored.
