"Freddie was very responsive to questions before and during our trip. The beds were very, very comfortable, and it was quiet at night...great sleep. Plenty of bath towels; however. as with every place we have ever stayed, there's never enough dish towels, so I always bring my own...could be we make a bigger mess cooking than most! We cooked every meal for 5 days and the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking items. We did bring paper products so washing dishes was not an issue, but it might be if you eat more than one meal a day in and don't plan to hand wash plates and such after each meal. We brought several area rugs with us as our pets tend to slip and slide on tile, and as another reviewer stated, there isn't much seating in the main living area (accurately shown in photos). We had five adults. Only four could eat at the table and three sit on the couch together...if they like each other. Having been fore-warned, we brought several bag chairs and used our throw rugs under them so seating wasn't an issue for us. The pool was clean and the grill easy to use. We were able to park two cars in the garage. HEB and Walmart are about 20 minutes away as are some great antique/thrift shops to wonder through. Great trip...we would definitely stay here again."
