"Great Hotel for staying one night near the airport, staff were excellent especially Ashley. Bed was extremely comfortable & room very clean, although found the shower room incredibly dark! Would recommend"

"Very comfortable bed and pillows! My room was on the 8th floor and the shower water pressure was very low and the water had a strong sulfur smell. Hotel lobby was nice but room and bathroom needs an update/refresh. Parking for the hotel is underground level 4, takes a while to get in and out of garage. $20 overnight. "

"First of all the staff was very nice and accommodating. Just be prepared to not be able to see anything. Even in broad daylight, this hotel is so dark. Even the rooms. It’s like being in a nightclub all the time. Which, if that’s your vibe then fine. Just know, you will have a hard time putting on your clubbing makeup, because you can’t see. "

"Staff no friendly at all. The parking gate need to be fixed the room keys never worked to get in or out and we have to call the front desk so they can open the gate ,one day I have to get out of the car go to the front desk I was instructed to press the help button and we wait like 15 minutes to somebody answer the phone and open de gate "

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice, but they have no elevators. You have to carry a luggage up and down steps and go up and down steps to get to breakfast. Not good if you have any disabilities or are up in age."
