"This upscale property gets everything right…well trained, friendly staff, comfortable, well-maintained rooms, and a great location! If there is one thing they could work on it would be to upgrade the WiFi speed! I highly recommend the RIU Plaza if you are staying on the western side of Berlin!"

"The rooms are great, can't complain about the price. Location is decent, some good pubs and restaurants in the area. Can get an uber for less that €10 into the center. Little shop in the hotel is convient even if the prices are quite steep. Only downside being the check in and check is done on tablets which didn't work either time."

"The place is very close to the airport. The room is tidy and clean. The mattress is a bit too soft for me for ok for just one day. No need to book for breakfast as there is a 24 hour supermarket in the airport and also a bakery. Very good location."
