Great 3rd stay

This is our favorite summer getaway place. Very quiet and comfortable. The lake is perfect for swimming and paddling.

Lovely Home

We had a great stay! The house is right on the water which allowed us to enjoy beautiful views both during the day and at night. Everything was neat and clean. We would stay again for sure.

Another great stay

The setting is truly beautiful, and access to swimming is exactly what we love. The kitchen is very well equipped. Beds are super comfy. Perfect size for our group of 3 adults + 2 kids + dog.

A wonderful find!

A beautiful home and location! The house is very well maintained and stocked with all your day to day needs and some extras as well! The lake view and sunrise was a great way to start each day. Would highly recommend this property.

Everything about this place is fantastic. Beautiful waterfront home, ample space with four bedrooms, well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay and a very quick and clear communication with the owners. Highly recommend!

Eclipse Viewing

We had a wonderful time here. We went up to the North Country to view the total solar eclipse and to reconnect with some friends. The stay was comfortable, clean, and exactly what we wanted. Would highly recommend staying here.

Family vacation

There were 4 adults, 2 kids and a dog in our group. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was so nice to be right on the water so we could canoe and fish. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We all enjoyed our stay at the lake!

Gem of a spot

This was our 2nd stay at this location, we have a third stay already booked. The owners quickly respond to questions and continually work to improve the residence. We were able to use the dock and enjoy the water this stay. House is comfortable, well equipped and overall a gem of a spot!

Family gathering

Our family was gathering to commemorate the passing of relatives who loved the Adirondacks. The house and grounds were a lovely and comfortable backdrop for this occasion. We enjoyed the beauty of the surroundings as well as the amenities in Potsdam including the Children's Museum.

Cozy Cabin

Very welcoming,cozy cabin in a quiet neighborhood. Host was wonderful and very accommodating and very fast responding back to any questions we had. Home was very well equipped with all essential things that you could need! It was a perfect fit for our family of 7 and 2 fur babies!! Definitely recommend!!

Clean House and Great Stay

The property was as advertised, very clean and well maintained. Nice, quiet location to go boating, fishing and kayaking. Dog friendly was a plus. Property manager was very representative. The check in, check out process was easy. A few close restaurants were enjoyable and a large Walmart for groceries or forgotten items wasn't far away. Overall a pleasant time for a week get away.

Piece of heaven

Immensely enjoyed home and surroundings. Having access to lake, views and peaceful environment was appreciated by all. We brought 2 inflatable paddle boards and used the 2 available kayaks. We swam and fished off the dock and had relay races to small island and back. Wonderful vacation for for most any group. Hope to return before too long!! Great and receptive hosts!!

Family Reunion

The water views are wonderful, and having our morning coffee outside was a great way to start the day! The house was fabulous with everything we could possibly want supplied. It was fun kayaking and hiking local areas (ex. Lampson Waterfall). Todd was very easy to reach when I had a question. Highly recommend this property, and we hope to be back next year!

Quiet and Peaceful

Nice and quiet neighborhood on the lake. Great views in the early mornings. Very clean and roomy house. Two downfalls were a couple amenities that were listed were not available and we'd of preferred the swing set on the same side as the house, so the kids didn't have to cross the road.

Spectacular

My only complaint is that the photos on the listing just don’t do this place justice at all ! The location is spectacular, the house is deceptively roomy with plenty of space (even for the couple of rainy days we were stuck inside) for our family of 5 including three teens - the lake, kayaking, swimming was amazing, the friendly chipmunk visitors every day were a huge hit - the house is the best kitted out of any property I have ever stayed in and everything is thought of. Near to Colton and Potsdam for anything you need or just hang out at the lake. Fire pit nights were huge fun and overall one of the best family vacations we have had - while I’d rather keep it to ourselves, to be fair to our fantastic hosts, I have to give it my strongest recommendation- just stay there, you won’t regret it.
