"The room was clean and very comfortable had everything we required for our two night stay. The host was lovely very obliging nothing was too much trouble. The location was fine although it would be a distance to walk easy quick drive to town centre .Only issue we had was corrospondence from the host through stayz regarding key codes and such information we didn’t receive until the day of departure and was not a great deal of phone service in the area."

"Loved the house, and host was excellent with the detail of info they provided but it was all too late - was only sent the info email on the morning of our planned arrival.Much of the information on what the house contained (such as pizza oven and makings of pizza bases, local sights, restaurants etc) by the day of our arrival was too late to plan for - we’d already booked restaurant and planned our meals by then (as a group of 8 we hadn’t wanted to leave it till we arrived) Check in info was also too late, I had heard nothing from the host until I tried to contact via the Stayz admin. Again with 8 people converging on the house at different times of day, I needed to be sure I could collect keys if required. I had messaged via stayz the app a few days prior to find out if we had to collect a key from somewhere etc, but no response until Stayz got involved and then host finally responded to phone call from Stayz. I understand host/stayz have security reasons to not send all info earlier but at least the info on property could come earlier to plan holiday, and then mention that final checkin details will be provided on the day of arrival.Time of check in and check out was also different in host email to what the Stayz booking site information contained.Just need to cross check the info and time info provision a little better.That being said - check in was easy on the day, the house very cute, proximity to beach excellent and we very much enjoyed our stay."
