"The room was spacious and clean. The location is walking distance to all the tourist things to from T-Mobile park and all the way to Space Needle. They offer free complementary water bottles throughout your stay. They also offer cups of lemon water and regular water in the lobby. It’s those simple things that make this one of our favorite places we’ve visited so far. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. I recommend"

"I want to really express how good of an experience I had while I stayed at this hotel. From the check-in process being easy to my room, being ready for me as soon as I walked in the door to the concierge and the and the bar and the food was great. They provided anything extra that we needed to make us more comfortable, and they even had things that I didn’t think that a hotel offered such as toothbrushes and a sewing kit so overall, my experience was really good. I would give more stars if I could. I will definitely be staying with them if I ever go back to Seattle."

"Parking isn’t great. Hard to get I and out of. Shared public garage. $56 per night extra. Didn’t see that in hotels.com. No breakfast or lunch. Restaraunt had limited hits and the wait staff looked cranky. Very blah looking. Comforter was stained - notices on last miring sitting at end of bed in chair having coffee and window taped but wouldn’t close all the way heat and a/c not very easy to control. No amenities and wanted to chart to replenish water- stayed 3 nights and only one bottle each upon checkin and the cheap stuff too! "
