"The hotel is centrally located and very clean, but the elevators are a problem. I think they are original with the property. Only one was working and it took forever. I have never encountered such a slow elevator. It literally took about 5 minutes all the time. If you want return customers fixing the elevator should be a priority."

"Location is central to all places! 4 minute walk from light rail and monorail to Space Needle. Easy 15 minute walk to Pike Place Market and wharf. Great lobby with coffee and tea in the mornings. Restaurant , Oliver’s on site is excellent as well. 15% discount for hotel guests!"

"Richard, Delores and staff were very friendly and helpful. When making my booking online I had put in a request that I was coming for a celebration of my graduation and if they could put a note or something to say congrats. They decorated my queen room beautifully!! I definitely felt like a queen and woke up like one when staying there. Thank you everyone for your service! Will definitely come back for more occasions or to relax :3 and the fact they are pet friendly as well is a bonus!!"
