"We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne "

"It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms. Faraway from everything to site see and shopping."

Frühstück war ausreichend mit Luft nach oben. Das Restaurant bietet gute deftige tschechische Küche zu vergleichsweise kleinen Preisen. Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Sauberkeit war überall o.k. Kann man für einen Kurzurlaub ruhig weiterempfehlen. "

"Very nice place, well maintained, extremely clean, very big room, excellent breakfast beautifully presented and very fresh, big parking lot. Every staff person was lovely, kind and welcoming. Room was beautifully decorated and having all I needed for a pleasant stay. Free tea/coffee facilities in a shared space with available honesty bar. I definitely recommend this place for business or pleasure trip, alone or with loved ones. Thank you very much to all the lovely staff!!"

"The hotel looks a bit better in the photos than it does in person, but overall our stay was perfectly fine. The room was clean and spacious. We had requested one large bed instead of two singles, but still ended up with two separate beds; fortunately, we were able to push them together. Breakfast was exactly what we expected from the pictures, with coffee available only as drip coffee from a thermos. The property is located right next to the highway, but our room faced the opposite direction, so...
