This is a simple hotel, but with everything you need! The continental breakfast was very satisfying, and the coast just a couple blocks away. Friendly and helpful staff!

Walking the Camino, the Avienda was easy to find, clean and comfortable. It is two minutes from everything you need.

Not impressed
The beds were very uncomfortable. The bathroom door in our room didn't have a lock, and wouldn't fully close. It faced right into the room. The hotel clerk advised us that the rest of their rooms were the same, and that it was ok for our bathroom door to not close since it was private, for our use only.

Etablissement bien situé à quelques minutes de la plage dans une rue animée. De bons restaurants situés à proximité. La chambre, un peu petite, est dotée d'une excellente literie. Personnel à l'accueil sympathique et souriant.

Uniek is dat er geen envelop klaar lag met de sleutel, zoals afgesproken, en dat alle uitleg alleen in het frans wordt aangeleverd. Gelukkig was er een vriendelijke fransman, ook een gast, die ons ging helpen door een ander nummer te bellen dan wij hadden opgekregen ingeval van problemen.

If you're looking for a Nice hotel in a calm neighboorhood with good supermarkets and restaurants, go to this place. Paula from the reception is super Nice and helpful and speaks great english. The room is great. Clean and comfortable. Only con is the fact that you can hear your neighboors at times but it didn't bother me too much. It is quite far from Porto city though, about an hour by metro. But it's a lovely place to stay!

Ein praktisches Hotel im schoenen Badeort Povoa.
Ich habe dieses Hotel schon sehr oft gebucht. Sehr gute Restaurants in der Naehe. Die Hotelzimmer wurden jetzt umgestaltet. Modernes Design. Hier ist die Endstation von Metro (Richtung Porto und auch Flughafen). Sehr praktisch !

Em 2 dias pude: repousar; receber informação pª ir ao arraial, artesanato e folclore, na Romaria da Sr.ª das Dores; ter fotocópias gentilmente agrafadas e bagagens recolhidas por recepcionistas excepcionais; receber o meu jornal dominical; saber do restaurante O Tacho, após a galeria do 59, em frente, com os sabores regionais; praia ao pé e Caxinas perto; numa saltada, pude ver o novo terminal de Leixões: Excelente entre Porto e Espanha; perto de Surrealismo-V N Famalicão) e rota do Românico... Peqº almoço satisfatório; TV activa; Preço justo.

Pour un passage de 2 nuits, hôtel simple, propre, chambre avec bonne literie, notre chambre donnait sur l'arrière, donc sans bruit (mais vue...). Séparation sommaire entre chambre et salle de bain. Bon accueil, vous trouverez un réceptionniste parlant couramment français, et prêt à vous conseiller.
