At first, I wasn't that impressed with my room because this is an older hotel and it was a little dated. BUT the staff was super friendly, helpful and kind. After staying at several other hotels in Portugal, I came to appreciate how large abd clean my room and especially my bathroom was. The breakfast was excellent. There was a market across the street one day. Parking was plentiful. And did i mention how excellent the staff was and how spacious my room was???

Great little hotel!

Surprisingly nice and comfortable - with nicely updated rooms and bathrooms. Very nice breakfast and friendly service - all for less than $45 per nigh! Although the hotel is on a main road a little inland, its less than 10 minutes from very nice beaches in Povoa de Varzim and Vila do Conde! Also has ample parking, so great value for money. Will be staying again as I visit the north often! I'

Clean, friendly and affordable

We found this hotel to be excellent quality for the price. The man at the front desk was very friendly and spoke very good English. He gave us good advice about nearby restaurants and places to see. The room was big, with a big bathroom, and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. The parking lot is quite spacious so you can find parking no matter what time you arrive. Breakfast was excellent and free. If I ever return to this area, I would go back.
