Both the bedroom and the living room/kitchen have direct access to a balcony.
As for the décor, an elegant blend of modern and vintage elements was chosen, without overlooking all the requirements that are nowadays essential for refined comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped and properly fitted for preparing all types of meals and includes an island with two stools, serving as a connecting element between the kitchen and the living and dining areas.
The apartment, its balconies, and all available equipment are for unrestricted and exclusive use.
Paid parking for 1 vehicle is available in the building upon prior request.
In addition to this paid parking, there is free parking on the surrounding streets.
There is also a paid underground car park directly in front of the building.
Note: A MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX is payable per night, up to a maximum of 7 (seven) consecutive nights per person per stay (except for children up to 15 years of age). This tax is paid upon your arrival and will be delivered by us, on your behalf, to the City Council.
