2/10 Terrible

"They dont have a sign up stating the breakfast is NOT included with the stay. I paid $95 for a family of 4 and the breakfast wasn't that good. Also, my daughter's bed i believe had bed bugs and I notified the front desk about this and they seemed as if it wasn't the first time. I understand they cant control this 100% (bed sheets changed before stay??) but you think they would have given a discount on the stay or something. I am completely turned away from all Holiday Inns now."

10/10 Excellent

"The room was clean and quaint. The bed was comfortable if a little on the firmer side. The shower felt so good with the big shower head after an 8 hour drive. The breakfast was the only thing that was bad about the place. Mini muffins, toast, children's cereal and luke warm coffee. We went across the road to My Place Cafe for breakfast each morning. But other than that, I will stay here again if I'm ever back in Cody."
