"The receptionist who checked in actually only “checked us in”, didn’t explain anything about amenities about anything. I heard the other receptionist was explaining to other guests with joy and told ours I heard that there is a live music. And she only underlined the live music performance on the paper she gave, she wasn’t smiling and so. So it affected our mood at the moment we stepped in the resort. So basically we didn’t have any full idea what the amenities are! Also pillows were so uncomfortable. The rest was fine."
