Staff wasn’t friendly at all. The bed is very uncomfortable, you can feel the metal springs against your back. Bathroom drying towel was dirty and obviously not changed. I only stayed 1 night so it was an okay experience, and the details they email you for self-check-in are clear, but I wouldn’t book there again.

Mr. Bartosz, under the influence of alcohol and psychotropic substances, caused destruction in the hotel, accosted other guests, disturbed the silence at night, and the police and security had to intervene. The guest was taken away by the police. Thousands of positive opinions from other guests prove our services and safety. During the stay, no staff or outsiders entered the room. Hello, You have not made a reservation in an aparthotel, only a budget and economy room, the cheapest one in our offer. all amenities are included in the offer. I understand that you need a higher standard, that's why we recommend our apartments. I understand that the opinion about the service concerns the fact that your friend from another reservation mistakenly made a reservation for one night too little and we no longer had rooms available for him and it is the service's fault?

The room was very clean and comfortable. Appreciated having a small fan in the room to circulate the air at night with the drapes drawn. One of the lights next to the bed was burnt out and there was only one packet of coffee for my two day stay. Other than those two items, once I figured out how to access my key, everything was excellent.

Really nice location, very clean and organised apartment. However, the pillows were horrible! The worst I have ever slept on and the towels were quite small. Other than that I would say it was perfect.

Hi, thank you for your review and stay. There are two types of pillows per person provided in the room, just swap them. Personally, we get used to our private pillows and I take my own when I'm going for a longer stay :-) Towels are hotel standard 140x70 cm. We cordially greet and invite you again.

You will not get good night sleep :(
Even with the wider drapes to cover the windows, you cannot get good night sleep, because every day from 10pm to 4 or 5am there is so much noise on the street. Racing motorcycles, cars, people yelling, and chasing each other. Shame, because with exceptions of torn down sheets, and worn down towels with holes, this was not a bag place. They need to inspect towels after washing, I found ball of someone's hair attached to the towel threat, GROSS! Not a true king size bed (2 twin placed together)

We are very sorry for any inconvenience during your stay, of course we will draw conclusions from all comments and suggestions.Our location is our strongest asset, and it is worth noting that Wozna Street is the quietest of the streets reaching the Market Square. In the future, we recommend entering the location of the apartment from the courtyard side in the booking suggestions or sleeping with the doors closedwindows If there was so much noise, we recommend calling the police next time for disturbing the night silence. The beds are visible in the photos, the mattresses are fastened with a lock and do not affect the comfort of the accommodation in any way.In terms of an open shower, it is worth emphasizing that the photos show such an option as well as a shower cabin. Options can also be added in the booking notes and the shower head is adjustable in angle and spray. Nothing has changed in this matter since your last stay, so we do not understand the surprise On the subject of towels - we are very sorry for the oversight of the cleaning service. I don't understand why you didn't report it to us if you saw cleaning people and you could report it to the reception staff. In such a situation, we would immediately replace the towels and suggest changing the location of the apartment. According to the majority of reviews from guests from around the world, the self-service check-in method is very simple and fast. Our nice guests have no problem contacting the service both by phone and e-mail, we respond within a few minutes. Really great, it's a pity that you didn't give us any comments during your stay, despite great desire, we are unable to help if we are not aware of it Apparently, despite the best efforts of the entire team, we are not able to please everyone.

Not having a live person at the property is very frustrating. Property says they sent check-in instructions to me, however, they went to Travelocity on a weekend and I did not receive them. Waited over two hours to get this resolved. Also when emailing staff back and forth they were very abrupt and not helpful!

You get what you paid for I guess
Rooms might accommodate 4 people but are tiny. Shower head don’t move and pressure is questionable so impossible to have a proper shower. Grout between tiles mouldy… says on website that luggage hold is available but not the case, if you need extra toilet paper you have to go all the way upstairs to get it. If you’re coming with friends or just to see Poznan and you won’t be inside the room for long time it’s fine. I would recommend as it’s so close to everything.

Average hotel let down by bad service.
I’m going to try and be as fair as possible with my review after the way a complaint was handled whilst staying at this property. I’ll start from the beginning! I saw the property online and loved the pictures and the location, so I booked for 2 nights. I received my email at bang on check in time the day of check in and found the property easily. The instructions to get my key were clear, simple and very easy to follow and I was inside in no time at all. The first impression is elegance and class. The lobby area, albeit it “personless”, is very nicely decorated and the communal hallways are delightful. Extremely well presented. The hotel is moments walk from the main market square of Poznań and very centrally located. This was really useful to me being a tourist. I was given a room on the second floor, room 203. The room in all honesty was somewhat underwhelming, given the pictures that are shown online, they’re clearly very professionally done. I was expecting more of an apartment style place, though it was just a bog standard hotel room. Nevertheless it was clean and bright. The bathroom was very small, but again clean and functional. Toiletries and towels were provided as were a hair dryer and tea and coffee making facilities. I left my belongings and headed out for the afternoon to explore. Very nice flat. Modern and very clean, in a perfect location (about 2 minutes to the old town square). The only issue we had was that the code they gave us to get into the building was wrong, and we could not get through when calling the number for reception, luckily another resident was there to let us in and give us the correct code.

Wozna 11 was super comfortable at a very good price. I will for sure ask for a lower floor next time as there is no elevator. We had everything we needed.

I do not recommend!!
Firstly, it was very hard to find this place. The entrance is in the middle of an old tenement house. There’s no front desk. You have to use cheats to get inside the building and room. I got an e-mail with information and codes to enter long after the check-in time. The room was not clean and the bed and pillows with dirt stains. Very small bathroom and the water in the shower had no pressure so it was even hard to rinse the shampoo from the hair. On the email I got the code to the entrance gate to the parking lot, so I parked my car there in the morning like 8 o’clock , but after a while someone from the hotel staff knocked on my door and told me to pay 300 zlotys to use this spot.Without any explanation, I had to pay this amount literally for 3 hours of parking. The service threatened to call the police if I didn’t pay.Check out was at 11 am. Moments ahead of time, the owner of the apartment came and ordered me to leave my room at that moment because it was almost 11 o'clock. He was very aggressive and confident. He even scared me a little bit. I only spent one night there and I couldn't sleep because there was a restaurant in the building that was open until late at night. It was very loud and outside you can meet a lot of drunk people. when I finally managed to fall asleep, in the morning I was woken up by renovation works outside. I only spent one night there but I will certainly never go back there and I will not recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Pozna

It is difficult for us to relate and verify the content of the situation described after the stay. If there were any irregularities or omissions on the part of the cleaning service, please accept our apologies on behalf of the property. The address and entrance are very legible and so far no one has reported any problems with finding the building for several years. The instructions and codes for self-service check-in were sent before the start of the hotel day, you had a full inbox. I would just like to mention that the price list for additional services in the facility, including parking without prior reservation and payment, is made public both on the website and in paper form at the entrance. You were also informed in writing about this circumstance the day before your arrival. We do not surprise our guests - everyone is informed about the price, so you had the option not to use our offer without any consequences for your wallet. The restaurant on the ground floor is only open until 9pm and we have not received any reports of disturbance. It's such a pity that we learn about it from this review. Apartament very clean and modern. A person working there quite rude, asked my family to leave a hall way as there was no visitors policy which was not communicated before our stay. Only one small towel each and two small duvets on a massive bed.

Good morning, The policy of introducing guests from outside is known to everyone because there are restrictions in the country and Europe and it is forbidden to introduce guests from the outside due to covid19. You were informed about it in writing before your arrival by e-mail. in addition, I would like to point out that we have standard duvets 150x200 cm per person and they are visible in the photos before booking.

The best thing about this apartment is location, next to old town. The apartment is clean, nice decor but very small. No place at all for your stuff, just beds next to each other,nice bathroom. Noise from early hours (like 5 a.m) delivers to restaurants outside. Room very hot. The worst bit is service, it's self service so noone is at the property and they very hard to reach, we have tried few numbers when checking in but when we were leaving very rude person was waiting for us to take extra fee for parking. We were leaving at 12:05 and had to pay for extra 2 hours (even though we stayed less than 24 hours we had to pay 40zł which we already paid and for extra hours so we had to pay for extra hour even for that 5 minutes. A very rude man was there to take a fee for extra 2 hours. I would not stayed again

We inform you about self-service check-in / check-out at every step - in the current situation, many guests praise the 24-hour self-service key collection. I regret to read that you had such disappointing experiences with us. It is a pity that I read about the comments from the opinion. We are usually known for our open and friendly staff, so I'm not proud that we didn't make it this time. Sorry about that. The security guard asked for an additional fee of PLN 5 for additional hours of parking because the car park is available for hotel days, about which you were informed in a text message with the codes to the car park. It is a pity that you entered the car park without making a reservation in advance. The description and design of the entire room is presented in the offer and is known to guests before they book. Unfortunately, you have made a reservation for the cheapest economic room with an extra bed. When making a reservation in the center of a large metropolis, one should take into account the noise from the street with the window open. We cannot confirm the lack of contact with us because the phone is always answered or we reply to each message. Everything was modern and easy for the checkout but a little past midnight the fan and all the electrical outlets on television turned off they give they answered the type of timer only the lights inside were on and I couldn’t charge my phone and I was very hot because there is no air-conditioning here the windows don’t open all the way and the fan did not work.

I liked the room very much. Great price and great location too! I didn’t like the shower style, not big enough for two people. I would install a thermostat in the room to control the heat if needed.

Thank you for your opinion and your stay. We have actually prepared the showers for single use, but it cannot be said that they are small 80 x 120 cm. All radiators have thermoregulators, there is no one for the room.

AVOID THIS HOTEL: ICE-COLD ROOM
The room was very cold. Although I had a reservation nobody thought it necessary to connect the heating before my arrival IN THE MIDDLE OF THE POLISH WINTER. I connected it, of course, but it took several hours to get a warm temperature in the room. The heating, by the way, made an annoying noise, disturbing the sleeping. (There was no wardrobe or shelf in a room for two people!). I won't be back to this hotel anymore and don't recommend it at all!

Zero understanding of customer service and hospitality. This place has the rudest service I’ve ever encountered. They look down at you and take your money for granted, and all they have to say back is: “it’s a pity, what did you expect of a budget hotel?” We emailed management about their hideous service and of course never heard back. We are a company doing business in Poznan. One of our employees stayed at the hotel and was supposed to receive three parcels from one of our suppliers needed for work. We asked via email the front desk to keep the package until she arrives the following week. As you probably know, this kind of service is common in any hotel free of charge, with no problem, and we’ve asked numerous of front desks in numerous hotels across the worlds to hold on a package for us. Wozna didn’t list any special concerns or conditions regarding when we booked this hotel. We notified Wozna 3 days before sending the parcel and they didn’t reply to any of o ur emails. As we didn’t think there should be a problem and couldnt take the risk the parcel won’t arrive on time, the parcels were sent to the hotel. We received the following disgusting reply 3 days later , asking us to pay $50 for storage and claiming this hidden costs were listed in the order conditions (they didn’t!). This is what Wozna emailed us: “Hello, before sending you could ask if you can send us a package for you. It is a pity that before you ordered the package you did not know whether the sto
