Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

No contact with host until last minute to find out we have no place to go!!!

It was a horrible experience. I emailed the host numerous times, never got any response until the day we arrived she told me we have no reservation!!!! We were left with no place to go!
