I was visiting the Marmomac Stone Show. So the Hotel was in a good postion to reach Piazza Bra and was locates next to a bis stop for the show. Very conveniently located. "

The 3rd one we had to do it outside the building, under the sun at 35 degrees centigrades because they didn't have the confirmation of the previous checkins in their system, evethough ee already had received the confirmation #. All the communication with the responsible of the hotel was via Messages. After 40 minutes under the sun, he finally sent us the codes to access the building and the room.
