"Run down room, needs lots of Reno’s, bathroom old, fridge door barely stayed in, poor lighting, tv screen/picture kept turning off, very loud, dog barking next door, hot tub closed whole 3 days we were there, bed were comfortabke and breakfast was good atleast. Wouldn’t recommend IMO, there lots other other options in Red Deer"

At check in was prompt friendly service with all facility information. Very impressed with all staff encountered! We will definitely reserve a room. at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Red Deer again! "

Poor choices of breakfast foods and with only a little attention to detail the breakfast and stay could have been so much better. On a two night stay they did not collect towels, make beds or help in any way. We had to ask for everything and make do."
