"This hotel is only 2 years old so was in great condition. Clean, bright. The woman who checked us in was kind and accommodating. I made the reservation for the wrong night but she kindly booked us the rooms we needed for that night. Breakfast was simple but good. The rooms were comfortable. We’d definitely stay at another Avid property."

"You get what you pay for. But, it’s definitely one of the better ones at this price point. Quality of the mattress and the size of the pillows are terrible but the sheets and the room are clean. Room has a Fridge, microwave, Direct TV, full size shampoo, conditioner & body wash, blow dryer, iron & board. Towels are a little dingy. Overall, Properly feels safe and clean. They also offer fresh waffles and coffee for breakfast. We’ve stayed here a few times with our family and it’s our go to for a budget friendly stay. It’s well worth the money saved if you’re stay for 1 night. Also a better option than the Motel 6 in the area."

"I look forward to stopping here every time we are traveling thru. The historic charm with Southwest feel is amazing. My husband and I enjoyed a glass of wine in the courtyard just listening to the live music down the street. The beds were comfortable, a/c worked great and more than just pastries are available in their continental breakfast. Can’t recommend it enough"

"This was my second time staying at James' place, and it won't be my last. It's a big, clean, fun, quirky, comfortable, secure place and James is a great host. It's also nice that there's a Dollar Tree close by to walk over and pick up a few things. And now that I know they're pet-friendly, I'll be bringing my dog next time. Thanks, James!
