Great value for such a large apartment in the middle of all the action in Old Town. The Clock Tower was literally around the corner. Very convenient location to safely store our bags before our late afternoon flight. Highly recommend!

Charming perfect stay!
We were SO happy to have not only a separate bedroom space but a separate powder room as well! The space is so charming and unique. The location was incredible and we appreciated the safety and quiet. The washer/dryer was a bonus too!

Nice apartment in the heart of Old Town!
We loved this apartement in the heart of Old Town. The unit was very clean and spacious. We had a hard time finding the place since the name was not on the door but it was perfect...like a secret passage. There are pictures on how to find it and should have reviewed those first. The kitchen and bathrooms were perfectly supplied. We looked forward to coming "home" each evening.

After making the reservations, neither I nor my travel agent were able to reach them. I was only informed after MZ Minh the reservations of numerous rules and conditions, and when I called, they only have a telephone system that used artificial intelligence. The menu offers limited options, and after a while your call is just dropped.

The property is situated in an ideal location for exploring Prague on foot. All sights are very close. But even though it is in the heart of the city it is very secure and quiet for sleeping. All to a very high standard both in taste and cleanliness. The company respond quickly if you have a question such as airport transfer, which worked very well. Would give them 6 stars if I could.

The apartment was immaculately clean and well appointed. My only suggestion would be to clarify the location of the apartment and check in process. It was very hard to find despite gps as it appears as both 7 Tale Suites and other apartments that are managed. I would really recommend staying here. Lots of space and perfect location.

These apartments are literally right in the middle of the old town and conveniently located to all the food and shopping! The apartments are clean and had fans available, which came in handy at night as we wanted the windows closed to keep the noise level down. Being able to check in/out online was very convenient and the staff I did encounter were all very friendly. Staying here helped us enjoy our short time in Prague!

Great location, spotty transportation services
Not docking points for this but just a watch-out and something that I definitely should have looked at - this hotel does NOT have air conditioning. I haven’t been to a hotel without AC and will look for this going forward! I arranged a shuttle with the hotel ahead of time and the driver was waiting for us at the train station but he did not know where to go. He made a call and figured it out in a few minutes but I don’t know why the hotel wouldn’t have informed the driver considering they arranged it. The check-in location is NOT the same address as the hotel and no one told us about this ahead of time either, glad the driver knew to make a call and figure it out. On a separate note, we also arranged a driver to the airport at the end of our stay and the driver was almost 20 minutes late. Not sure if these two cases are exceptions but I’d think twice about using them for transportation arrangements. When we checked in, they gave us keys and we made our way to the actual hotel two blocks away only to find they gave us the wrong keys and we had to go back to get the right ones. Just a bit of a snafu with the check in, in general, and left us hoping the rest of our stay was better. Once inside the accommodations were nice and clean, no issues. Bed was comfortable, in-room safe, nice bathroom. A little small but definitely manageable (we had a tough time finding a location to our down our luggage where we didn’t run into it). Location is ideal for exploring Prague.

Very noisy day and night
Very noisy day and night. Don't have air conditioner but you cant open windows at night because right next to store open 24 hours and its location on central road attract many walking by drank, dragged and other walking by. They will wake you up 3 clock at night with screaming. Also cant take a shower more than 1 minute or you will be swimming from drain system water. So only if you not attend to rest at any time day or night look for this central located place.

Great Location but very loud street with no air.
The Suite was centrally located. Cleaning service daily did a great job. Beware that there is NO air conditioning in the unit and only two small fans (asked the office for an extra one and they ran it over). The days temperatures in the middle of the summer were 88-93 degrees. We had to keep the windows open to move air. The location is great! HOWEVER, the streets are very very loud and difficult to sleep until after 3am. Loud crowds walking throughout the night. The security for the building was fantastic with key fobs, etc. The small kitchen was nice. The bathroom sink drain could use a good cleaning so the water would not build up in the bowl. Would not stay here again primarily due to the noise (2nd floor unit) and lack of air conditioning. The management was great and the unit was very clean.

Absolutely beautiful flat, right in the center of the city, very spacious, and comfortable, the only thing lacking is air conditioning. the two nights we were there, it was very hot and the fans provided didn't suffice, and being in the midst of everything, it was'nt really possible to sleep with the windows open because of the street noise, which really cant be helped if one chooses to be in the center of a city like Prague. P.S. a small washer/drier would also be great.

Good location lots of Street noise
Nice location near the centre of everything in Prague. Very spacious suite and the staff in the reception area was fantastic. However it's the equivalent of being right in the heart of Times Square New York city. Raucous crowds until 3 a.m. . the street noise really only let's up for a couple of hours in the very early morning and the crowds are relentless

Loved it.
Great Place. Very clean, right in the middle of Old Town in Prague, couldn't find a better spot if you want to be close to everything. Hosts were excellent as well. Stayed on top floor (2 bedrooms) which was great and it had a very good elevator. Nice security as well.

Stayed here with my partner and parents for a Christmas Holiday in Prague. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. The location is amazing with only a 1 minute walk to the old town square. If you don’t like crowds, this isn’t the place for you. The service wasn’t amazing from the accommodation provider, I.e. only one key for four adults, incorrect numbers of towels provided, didn’t refresh items like clothes machine detergent. The person who checked us in was not available when we arrived at midnight, he was also unhelpful and dismissive of our questions.

My husband and I travel often and extensively. 7Tales has been one of our all time favorite places. We had plenty of space, gorgeous environment, incredible light/windows, and terrific support staff. The location directly in Old Town Prague was fantastic. The locals are great fun and having this beautiful space to return to at the end of a sightseeing day was terrific. This property is located in the heart of old town Prague just off a drive-able road in a pedestrian only location. Close to the square and right around the corner from the astronomical clock. The rooms are large and amenities were great. Of note, the location of the apartment is around the corner from the actual office (which is 24/7) where you check in to; it seems like an office that runs multiple apartments like this. We had cellular service and they were kind enough to come get us but do look in to the location where you check in to as this is a different physical location from the apartments themselves, about a 2-3 minute walk.

Amazing hotel in the heart of the city.
We booked two rooms because the two-bedroom suite was not available. We stayed in Baron 41 and Karlstein 11. The photos on Hotels.com are inaccurate only because both room showed photos of Baron 41. Baron 41 was great because of the wi-fi, air conditioning and washer/dryer. Having 1.5 baths were also wonderful for a party of 3. The low-beamed ceilings may be hard for some guests but were fine for us since we are not tall. It is not a big space with the fixed dining table right in the kitchen but the location was key. We asked for a proper chair for our one party who is tall so that he could sit on the side of the table instead of the fixed stools and that was brought right away by the staff. Karlstein 11 had no air conditioning and no washing machine. So, that may not be good for all guests as no air conditioning means you have to open your windows and the street noise is busy all night.... thank goodness it was actually really cool (weather) during our stay in Prague. My only tip for future travelers is to have cash Euros to pay for the stay because the exchange rate from Czech kronas made the reservation 20E more expensive because of the unfavorable exchange rate used by the hotel.

Beautiful accommodations with centered location just walking distance from anywhere. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always available whenever needed. Value provided is well worth the cost.
