Hotel with old furniture but very clean and well kept. Good breakfast. About 35 minutes by foot from old town. Tram and metro at about 10 minutes. On a central road so not scary at the night. Shops and restaurants nearby. Overall value for money.

My stay was absolutely nice, the hotel is a bit old and it is in city centre, right on the main roads so it was noisy in the room because of all night traffic. Breakfast was very good, staff and service great! Thank you🤗

Everything was good. The location was perfect, to go and visit the Old Square. Basically all the tourist spots were within the 2kms range. Now about the hotel, the room was clean, not necessarily big but sufficient. The bar being open is a huge plus too :D

Couldnt fault it

Couldnt fault anything staff very helpful in terms of getting around. Location easily accessible to old town 12 minute walk. Ground floor room had triple glazing to avoid any road noise. Breakfast provided was totally sufficient in choice and continually topped up.

Decent accommodation for one night

The first impression is spoiled by the need to use the entrance to the neighboring hotel, where there is a reception for both hotels. And the receptionist is arrogant. The room is clean and well equipped. But the problem is the bathroom, where the water does not drain from the sink, so it cannot be used. Breakfast is quite okay, everyone can choose. But nothing extra. The coffee is also good, but I've had much better. Overall, the hotel is of a three-star standard, definitely not four.

Simple but classic style with good breakfast

The breakfast is delicious with enough supply of food. The sausages are good, even though I am not a normal fan of them. The vegetables, e.g. tomato, yogurt, salad, fruits are fresh. The coffee is equally good. The toilet in our room is clean with enough supply of clean towels, shower gel/shampoo. The only drawbacks are that the position of the shower head holder is a bit too loose such that it could not hold tightly the shower head. Also, there can be a bit more hooks to hang clothes in the toilet. In terms of location, some might consider it a bit too far from the closest Metro station (I. P. Pavlova). Once you get to I. P. Pavlova, you can reach a lot of places via tramps and metro. There is a grocery a few minutes down the road, so it is convenient to buy stuff if needed. Overall the hotel is clean with simple but classic in style.

The property was advertised as a 4-star hotel, but the actual conditions were clearly aligned with a low 3-star standard. Although smoking was not allowed, the room had a persistent unpleasant smell. The beds were uncomfortable and did not meet the quality expected from a 4-star hotel. The shower doors were unstable and partially falling down. The receptionist at check-in was unfriendly, extremely reserved, and behaved in a manner that felt more like an interrogator than a hospitality professional. Housekeeping knocked on our door twice on Sunday morning despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign. On the second attempt, they partially entered the room, forcing us to shout for them not to come in. Housekeeping did not refill the shower gel. It was already half full on day one, and once it ran out, I contacted reception. The receptionist informed me that they had no spare shower gel and that I would have to wait until the next morning. The call ended abruptly. I then went to reception in person and waited over 15 minutes while staff searched the hotel and even a neighbouring hotel for shower gel. After approximately 30 minutes, it was delivered to my room with no apology for the inconvenience.

Het hotel lag op redelijke loopafstand van het stadscentrum. Ook was het openbaar vervoer goed bereikbaar en veelvuldig voor handen. Het ontbijt wisselde wat maar had wel een diverse verscheidenheid in aanbod. Soms leek het wel of de sinaasappelsap aangelengd was omdat het bijna op was... Maar het ontbijt was goed en er was steeds voldoende. Er werd ook heel netjes opgeruimd wanneer iemand klaar was met ontbijten. De kamers zelf mogen wel wat liefde in onderhoud hebben. Wij hadden de familiekamer, ideaal! Een kamer voor ons en 1 kamer voor onze dochter. Precies goed.

A acomodação é excelente, bem localizada e confortável. O quarto estava muito limpo e organizado, sendo perceptível o cuidado com os detalhes. O café da manhã também é muito bom, variado e de qualidade. Recomendo a estadia. Consegui antecipar o check-in sem problemas, o que foi um ponto bastante positivo. No entanto, ao tentar negociar o café da manhã, a experiência não foi tão boa. Como eu viajaria para Viena no mesmo dia e só retornaria na noite seguinte, perguntei se seria possível antecipar o café que eu não conseguiria utilizar. Recebi uma negativa, o que é compreensível, mas a forma como fui atendido foi fria e pouco cordial.
