The front desk staff was great, replying to my emails about directions and metro cards and money exchange (Euros are not accepted everywhere). When we arrived we were able to exchange currency at the hotel with no commission at a decent rate. The apartment was a decent size. There was a fridge in the kitchen. 2 bedrooms, tv in one of them. The bathrooms have been redone ( although the WC was so small you couldn't turn around in there). The shower curtain was not wide enough to cover the whole open shower area, but we were careful and did not soak the floor. The bedrooms and their furniture were a little tired, but the beds were comfortable. The breakfast room is painted beautifully with a mural of the Charles Bridge. The food was good and priced at 6 euro each. They only real drawback was these weird vents in the room that somehow led to a courtyard or bar area that we couldn't see from our windows but we could hear lots of people talking and laughing, etc. until about 12:30 am. Strange. Oh, and there were ceiling fans, which was unusual but appreciated. There is also a decent restaurant down about 2 doors that was kind of quiet at 5 pm, but quite full at 9 pm. This was a recommendation from the desk lady. She was so helpful with everything. I would stay there again if I were in Prague.
