About this space:

Snuggle up for a romantic night under a vaulted ceiling. This loft has been tastefully decorated with statement wallpaper in the bedroom area and boasts striking furniture that has been carefully selected to highlight the space.

The bedroom is accessible by stairs. It has comfortable King size bed with quality mattress, chair and wardrobe.

The living room is combined with kitchen and has large dining table. It can be converted into second bedroom with its comfortable sofa pullout bed where two more can sleep or stream movies on Netflix.

We will do our utmost for you to be delighted!

The loft sits on a quiet street in Prague’s most desirable central residential districts rippling with Art Nouveau and Art Deco buildings. It's near TV Tower and lovely George Square with its coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and farmers' market. Great apartment and great hosts

The apartment was lovely and located in a fun but quiet neighborhood. The hosts were amazing and gave great suggestions, we used their guide to discover so many great restaurants during our stay!

Lovely apartment in good location with plenty of restaurants etc and only a short walk to the old town. We very much enjoyed our short stay and complement the owner on the apartment and information on the local area. Five stars to Lucas the taxi driver who was a great help during our weekend as well!

Comfy cozy stay

My partner did a little getaway to Prague and loved our stay in the flat. It was beautiful, clean and quiet. Very close to the tram and metro stops making it very easy to get anywhere you might want to visit while in Prague. Rob and Pavel were great hosts from start to finish, always available for help checking in to tips on things to do. Would definitely recommend.

Prague City Break

Had a wonderful time in Prague at this beautiful well equipped loft apartment. Host's were really helpful and left lots of information about where to eat and what to visit. The apartment has lots of fantastic restaurants and bars close by and is an easy walk to the old town or take the tram. Highly recommended and hopefully will visit again soon.

We loved our apartment. It was bright with a loft, capuchins maker, washer/dryer, and spacious dining area. We loved the view and the convenience to a grocery store. In a quiet neighborhood near beautiful parks and wonderful dining. Robert and Pavel left us a book with insider tips and advice for exploring Prague. Apartment is close to a grocery store and bus stop making it convenient yet away from the noise of the city.

Fabulous

This was the start of our 5 week trip in Europe. Robert arranged for a private pick up at the airport. It was a stress free start after a long flight for a very reasonable price. Great communication with Robert before and during our stay. Everything was very clean, comfortable and very quiet. We are big walkers. It was easy to walk into the old town in about 15 min. I would recommend this stay.

Phenomenal place to stay

This property is beautiful. It is designed wonderfully the bed was incredibly comfortable. It is very stylish and every detail is thought of. I enjoyed my stay very much. I would come back here in a heartbeat. Who’s ever thinking of staying in this property will have a wonderful time With great decor and comfort. The House were wonderful. They answered every question and they even had a book of things to do in the area. Next time I want to bring my husband back with me. Dr. Becky.

Amazing!

This might have been one of the best VRBO experiences! Check in/out was very easy, which was great because we arrived in the evening. The apartment is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Robert & Pavel have created an awesome guide to the city! We used it for local restaurants and bars, when to visit sites and tips on what not to do in the city. If only every VRBO could be this detailed... Lastly, the location was really cool! We enjoyed being out of the main tourist area and exploring the restaurants, coffeeshops and bars that locals would frequent. It was an easy 25 minute walk, or 10 minute scooter, to the scenic areas. Highly recommend!

Great apartment in Prague!!

We had a fabulous stay at this apartment (in Prague 3) which was in a great location outside the tourist area but with many quick and easy modes of public transit to access things all over town. Rob and Pavel left a great guide to help us decide what to do, where to find groceries and things — and it was so helpful—thank you! The apartment itself was modern, very clean, and well stocked with the basics every one needs when traveling from oil, salt, pepper, sugar and tea to soap, shampoo, laundry, dish detergent, umbrellas, travel converters and irons. We did laundry many times and appreciated the fast machine! We opened the windows for air flow in the summer but appreciated the fans in both the downstairs and loft! We also were very happy to find an English Netflix channel (thank you!) so that we could relax and watch things sometimes after a long day of exploring Prague. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit and check out other properties of Rob and Pavel! Thank you!!!

Great flat between Zizkov and Vinohrady

I had a great time. The property is very well-located and maintained in excellent condition. It is clean, comfortable and spacious. I was in contact with Rob, who was polite, always prompt in replying and extremely helpful with directions. He offered me whatever assistance I might need, which was very reassuring. The flat has a very useful handbook for first-time visitors to Prague (and for those who haven't visited for a while). It is a great place from which to explore Zizkov, Vinohrady and Staré Mĕsto. The flat is located in a lovely neighbourhood and everywhere else I wanted to go is easily accessible via public transport. I highly recommend this flat to other travellers. Thanks Rob and Pavel for a very enjoyable stay.

Home Away from Home

My husband and I just ended our stay at this gorgeous loft after spending 5 days in Prague. The apartment is very conveniently located, with a tram stop just down the street and a grocery store within walking distance. The property itself is clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. It really felt like a home away from home! Check in and check out were a breeze and Rob stayed in touch with us throughout our stay to make sure we were having the best time possible. The hosts have also taken the time to put together a very thorough guidebook with some great insider tips and suggestions for elevating your experience. We loved this loft and highly recommend it if you’re visiting Prague!

Everything about this property was outstanding except for the fact there was no air conditioning, and it happened to be very warm while we were there. We understand that no a/c is normal for most Prague apartments. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful.

We just loved it

I knew it is going to be great based on other people reviews and pre-arrival communication with Rob&Pavel, but our experience was even above expectations. Everything was just as we would wish for ourselves: - extremely responsive and caring hosts, that anticipated our needs. I truly believe people make all the difference, and both Rob and Pavel have done an incredible job to let us feel welcome in Prague and taken care of at every moment of the process from booking to check out, but so discretely and gentle at the same time; - charming and spotless apartment, it has a soul. Decorated with a great taste, done with love. It has more than we needed - opened Netflix and AppleTV channels made us hesitant about sightseeing :))) - the city guide written by hosts became our inspiration before we came and then the main source of ideas what to do next at every moment of our stay. Overall summary - exceptional. And it is another confirmation that people make all the difference. You can sense that Rob and Pavel genuinely enjoy what they are doing, and this gives a sparkle of happiness and feeling of professionalism to everything they do, from communication to home design. We had a great experience that we will be happy to repeat one day

Appartement parfait!

Situé dans un quartier tranquille, sécuritaire où se trouve plusieurs commerces de proximité. (Épicerie, restos, marchands de vin, etc). Les transports publics sont situés à proximité et permettent de se rendre en 15 minutes dans la vieille ville. La description de l'appartement et les photos correspondent en tout point à la réalité. Lit et literie confortables. Un divan-lit ( avec un matelas et non de type flip flop) se trouve au salon et est également confortable. La cuisine est totalement équipée. L'appartement est très lumineux. Et le wifi fonctionne à merveille. Nos hôtes, Robert et Pavel, agissent avec discrétion pour nous guider. Merci pour les petites attentions qui font la différence (Netflix, conseils et suggestions). Nous vous disons à bientôt.

Would not change a thing!

The apartment is even better than the pictures, the location is wonderful, and the hosts Rob, Tomas, and Pavel are the best! Make sure you follow their recommendations because they were all spot on and made the trip special. We would love to come back and stay there again.
