It was amazing staying here! They are very accommodating and replies so quickly. The resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Housecleaning everyday and the place was spotless. The place looks exactly as it is on the pictures and is gorgeous. Would defo recommend and stay here again! Also, this hotel is in the center of Prague close to both the old town and new town (walkable distance - within 5 minutes) and right in front of the metro and close walk to tram. Literally in the center of everything!

We stayed in two rooms over our stay, the first room had a loft with an open glass ceiling which was nice. The provided shampoo/conditioner and body wash smelled very nice. The AC in this unit was great. The second room had a great view of the city, unfortunately the AC never got cooler than 24.5C. Location wise we were able to easily navigate to all the spots we wanted to visit in Prague, and highly recommended the cafe savoy coffee house.

The room was incredibly spacious and spotless clean. The location was also incredible with a metro stop right outside the door. The bed was very firm but the pillows were of different sizes to adjust to your comfort level. There is no shampoo in the shower and the room was very warm despite attempts to lower the temperature with the AC.

I loved this hotel. The rooms were clean and incredibly spacious. Bed was very comfortable, shower had excellent water pressure (even the rain shower option). The location also couldn't be beat - short walk to Old Town Square and 2 Chriskindlmarkts. Would definitely stay here again.
