Pleasant stay
The hotel is on a Main Street, easy walk to everything with many shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly. We missed the breakfast at the main location a few doors down. We were able to leave our bags. The room was very spacious and clean. We had front windows with a view to the Christmas markets and all the action. It was a bit loud but we slept well. If you are a light sleeper, it would be a problem. The bed was hard but comfortable. It didn’t bother us. Would recommend it.

Great location. Check in was a little confusing as the hotel lobby is not in the hotel. Front desk was helpful and attentive. Room was better than expected with a spectacular view and comfortable amenities. Clean and great location.

the most important thing that was missing in information is that to check in and get you entry card you need to go down ( away from national museum on the hill side) for about 100 steps and on left there is a Hotel Reception desk that serves several hotels. there you check in and get access. into hotel. on our arrival we stood at the hotel rokoko glass door in wander what to do until 1 person made the effort to show us the reception.

Serene setting and lovely staff
Lovely hotel with beautiful grounds and spacious, comfortable rooms. I stayed four nights and loved the big comfortable bed with nightly turn-down service. I enjoyed two massages during my stay, and the a la carte breakfast was terrific. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful with any arrangements you may need. There is on-site laundry but I took mine to a lady across the street for next-day service for only a few dollars. Good location; within walking distance to the river, your choice of eateries, and all the beautiful sites in Luang Prabang. Would stay again!

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE....
The stay could not have been better in any way! The hotel check-in person was courteous, and pleasant and provided me with the additional assistance that I needed. The room was very clean and cheerful! It was a great price and, being right on Václavské náměstí, the location was ideal! I look forward to returning in the future!

Hotel is in good position, to book in you had to go 20m to sister hotel for reception,no one on reception at this hotel,only a camera,good sized bedroom ,good bathroom with bath and shower over it,comfortable bed ,clean ,but in need of repainting desperately,looked like someone had playing football against the walls and outside hallway (room 202),didn’t try breakfast so don’t know what that was like,good hotel if you don’t need to contact staff

Great hotel in a great location.
This hotel was perfect for our needs, in a great central location so within easy walking distance to everything. The check in was in a nearby sister hotel but only 50m from the Rokoko. They reception staff were super helpful have us a recommendation for some Czech food in a nearby restaurant that was reasonably priced and gave good advice on what supermarket to use to stop you paying over inflated prices. The rooms were admittedly dated but large, clean and comfortable. Room styles vary with some having a bath and some having just a shower and cubicle. A major plus there was always hot water and plenty of towels that were changed daily. My only comment is that they ask you to leave towels hanging if you want to reuse them but they had the habit was giving fresh ones regardless. The shower wash dispenser ran out during my stay but it was refilled promptly. I would say this a three star hotel at best but I think it was worth the money and would stay again.

2 days trip to Prague
Hotel's staff emailed me that checked in time is 2pm. On site manager insisted that checked in time is 3pm. The handle for one of the windows just fell off when I try to open the window. I reported it to the staff and they said it will be fixed tomorrow.

Great place, close to everything.
The hotel is located in the center of Prague. Very nice location, plenty of shops and people. It’s clean and comfortable, breakfast is good. Overall we liked it and if We return there we might use same hotel again.

We stayed at the EA Rokoko in november for three days and it was perfect choice, located in the middle of town in the main boulevard in Prague, 5 minutes walk to old town square and to the museum, also 15 minutes walk to Charles Bridge, the room was big and clean with a tv and and a kettle tea coffee sugar provided and toilletteries and daily housekeeping, breakfast was good ample choice but we were charged 20 euros for 3 hours late check out

The hotel was convenient to everything, the breakfast was awesome and the room perfect for our needs. It could get a little noisy at night if the street below got loud, but once we closed the window, it was more than tolerable and we slept well. The staff was helpful and friendly. Good experience.

Had a fabulous stay here, the hotel was central which is why we booked it. The rooms were cleaned and fresh towels every day. The staff were polite and friendly. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great location. Clean spacious room with tea/coffee facilities. Free wifi. Mini bar. Our room was at the front overlooking the square but the downside was a taxi rank outside the hotel with drivers having conversations all through the night. Also noisy each morning emptying bins. Maybe rooms on the back would be quieter.

Delighted with this Hotel in the heart of the city
We found the hotel to be nice & quiet even though it was centrally located. This is due to the area being largely . Our standard room was larger than expected & therefore spacious. Cleanliness in the hotel and our room was excellent so the Hotel keeper and her staff should be commended. All staff were very friendly, helpful and attention. The self service breakfast had a large variety of items to choose from, for all international tastes. We have stayed in many hotels around the world but I will say that the EA Rokoko Prague could not be faulted.

EA hotel ?! I dont think so..
Lukas from the recepcion is nice and pro. Didnt like the hotel ! Checked in to a room i didnt liked. Ask the manager to change he refused! Said that they have only 40 rooms. Bad attitude. Breakfast very bad. Vegi not fresh! Are you believe that ?? All other stuff taste weird! Really yak! I went outside to eat in different place! Late afternoon there was not a hot water! What?!?!? Had to wait 4 hours to fix that. If other things is important to you rather than location. BEWARE ! Didnt find any connection with the EA name and to that hotel !
