Amazing breakfast.

hotel was good, it was hard to get in as we landed at ten so didn't arrive until 11 and had to wait outside pressing the buzzer until someone turned up but the breakfast was amazing. Make sure you get in early for a good table.

Outdated & poor reception service

This hotel might have been a 4-star hotel at some point in the past but it definitely hasn’t kept up with the times. It desperately needs a refurbishment. -The receptionist who checked us in was extremely rude, arrogant, not helpful at all. Plus they wouldn’t let us check in till 3pm although it states that check in is at 2pm. -The breakfast wasn’t very rich and some breakfast options were poorly served the following day as they were the same stale bread, pastries that could literally make you chip a tooth. -The cleaning by the housekeepers was quite thorough so we were very pleased with that. The main issue is with the one male receptionist who checked us in and looked at us as if we’re stupid whenever we had a question such as “where is the breakfast served”. Or when they refused to help us with an issue but I’m very glad for hotels.com team as they were happy to help and solved the issue in a matter of seconds. If you’re booking for one night, then I recommend this stay. But if you’re staying for longer, I recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere as you’ll be disappointed.

El Hotel esta bien ubicado con acceso a buses, metro e incluso una estación del Hop on hop off. No mencionaré las diferencias con la chica de la recepción pues a lo mejor hay diferencias culturales y lo que a mi me pareció poco cortés, sin orientación al servicio al cliente y antipática para otros puede ser una actitud normal. La habitación era grande con dos baños completos. Ahora describo lo malo: En primer lugar la puerta no cerraba por completo, dejando un espacio de aproximadamente dos cm entre el marco superior y la puerta. Tampoco había cadena u otro mecanismo para asegurar la habitación desde adentro (cadena, cerrojo, etc). Pedimos cambio de habitación al ver vulnerada nuestra seguridad pero recibimos un no rotundo. Además el extractor del baño tiene una capa de polvo muy gruesa, esta colocado justo encima del inodoro asi que da la sensación que te va a caer sobre la cabeza. las cortinas estaban rotas y hasta caídas (no la black out sino la blanca que va detrás), salpicaduras en las paredes, paredes con deterioro, etc. En definitiva NO es un hotel 4 estrellas como se promocionan (aunque también aclaro que es un hotel barato. El desayuno buffett esta bien. Todos los días es lo mismo lo que puede llegar a aburrir pero esta bien. Una de las noches los vecinos hicieron fiesta y todo se escuchaba en nuestra habitación (no pudimos dormir). Una estrella extra por la chica de la limpieza, muy amable y servicial. Contamos con fotos de lo anteriormente descrito.

Hotel im Großen und Ganzen ok, einfach, sauber, Frühstück alles verfügbar. Straßenlärm auf der Sokolowska schon deutlich. Nähe zum Stadtzentrum sehr praktisch, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Parken im Parkhaus in Schwesterhotel möglich, aber mit 30€ pro Tag schon ein üppiger Preis.

Ho usato questa struttura già da qualche anno, accoglienza eccellente e disponibilità del personale ma devo dire che questa volta ho notato che si sono perse alcune cose, nella stanza non vi erano più gli accappatoi e ciabattine ne i campioncini di cortesia in bagno il frigo bar era spento e la cassaforte chiusa neppure i cioccolatini di benvenuto non saprei se è stata una dimenticanza ma sono piccole cose che fanno la differenza dagli altri. piacevolmente sorpreso x la macchinetta del caffè presente in sala colazione. Spero che questa recensione vi aiuti, avete uno staff eccellente complimenti
