New feeling apartment, great location

Apartment had everything you could want and was well-maintained and new feeling. Would not hesitate to stay again.

This host cancelled our booking the day we arrived to our destination after traveling from US for 24 hours with two small children. I called the day before and she could have told me there was a mistake, instead she let us arrive and then cancel leaving us stranded. I got an apology and this has happened "a lot". We ended up paying 3x the cost to get a hotel. We have never had this happen with VRBO, and the other places we booked all confirmed and wrote to us along the way. This unit should be removed. No accommodation for our inconvenience at all.
