Good choice to stay near the city centre
Good hotel near to city centre. Parking extra 14eur night and parking place is 10min walk from the hotel.

Nice Hotel. Nice location. Close to most Prague tourist attractions. Close to UAN Florenc Station. Good breakfast. The only thing I have to mention is that we requested for laundry and they told us it was 8 Euros for a wash. When I went to pay the charged me 16 Euros because they mentioned they splitted white clothes and colour clothes. The charge us double price whithout asking us before laundry.

Good breakfast and friendly staff. Good location. The vent was very noisy and no Kleenex , No shower cap, no shampoo or body wash was left in the bathroom . The bathroom was very outdated with a “moving”toilet seat that needed to be adjusted every time One needed to use it.

Good base to sight-see from
Very central location, nice breakfast to get the day started, friendly front desk. The beds...horrible! Like sleeping on a bed of metal objects and pillows that were worn out in 1988. Overall still ok, just not much sleep.

I like the location of the hotel. Excellent location. Everything is on walking distance. All the main attractions and main bus and train station everything was on a short walking distance. I understand the hotel building is quite old but at least the interior could have been improved. Shower of my room (#13) was awfully tiny. The facet of wash basin was one and a half feet above the basin that was messing the whole floor while using the basin. There was no security lock in the door no fan, no air conditioning, no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The tv set that I had in my room was old cathode ray tube tv which you cannot even find in the flea market now a days. The best thing of the hotel is your breakfast buffet.

Worst experience ever! This place is extremely shady, old furniture, room was no clean and had a funk to it. The employees do not care and do not know the meaning of customer service. It is absolutely over-priced for the outdated room and the non-existent facilities. Stay away! You will save yourself lots of inconvenience.

location good others not worth it.
First of all room smells wierd. They did not let us check in before 14.00 but check out is 11.00 am. Parking is 10 min walking to hotel and its not hotels parking. Its a public parking same price 15 euros a day. The only good thing about the hotel is its location and breakfast is ok. There is no air condition and its sooo loud soo busy street I could not sleep because of the noise. Oh when I asked the reception if there is a park and ride place close to hotel she literally said I am not google, google it.

Great price
Great location for the price. There is a tram stop right outside that made going anywhere in the city really easy, but everything is also walking distance. We had a room on the side near the street so it was pretty noisy but it was a very great stay especially for the price.

Old uncomfortable hotel, not worth the price
This hotel is a disaster. Old outdated room without AC plus loud street noise means keeping windows open is unbearable. The bathroom needs serious attention with old fixtures and weird dirty shower. Old style tube TV with only a few channels.

Close to the centre of Prague.
A mix up over our booking was sorted on the second day of our holiday, we had specifically asked for twin beds in each of the 2 rooms we booked (even Phoned) but arrived to find double beds! The rooms could not be changed until the following day. It was an advantage being close to the centre, the downside being it was noisy at night. The rooms were basic, clean and comfortable, The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Stayed one night and left. Hotel very old. Poor wifi not working in the room. Beraly outside at all. Room is very outdated like 30 years ago. Everything old the shower. The small tv has few bad channels and noisy elevator. I dont know about you but i expect in europe 2017 in center prague a bit better experience for this price they asking. Thats absurd ! STAY AWAY !

To be honest those was easy to find. The breakfast included at that price for the room was excellent..wide selections and great breakfast staff. However I did not get 1 night sleep at this hotel. The bed was very uncomfortable but there were rumbling noises throughout the hotel all night plus the guest upstairs were very noisey. one night I had to call the front desk to ask if they were doing construction work upstairs. I guess the rumbling noise was the elevator. I visited 6 countries on my vacation and at this hotel was the only one I didn't get 1 night of sleep.

The proximity to all major sightseeing areas and shopping is great. Street parking was free, on the weekend, provided you can find a spot and the ability to pick up public transportation for those who don't wish to walk is an ease. The breakfast buffet was good with some choices that were interesting to say the least and hours 7am-10am. The bedroom was older and the comfort of the bed was bad. Spring mattress had no pillow top and was dated since I could feel individual springs at different levels. If you are a bigger person, the shower will leave you without room to maneuver. Convenience was the best factor in this hotel, if the rooms were updated this place would be great.

Very noisy all night
The hotel is in very noisy part of the city, all night. The trams, the cars rumbling on cobblestone streets. It is very hard to catch a good night sleep. Plus they had neighbors all night party, noisy with loud music playing on until the wee hours of morning. Plus they give you a regular key to the room, which anybody can make a copy of, and when you are not in the room, anybody can come and rob your room, when you are not in. I never kept any valuables in the room. The hotel does not keep safes in the room as other hotels do. Nowadays almost any hotel has a digitalized, plastic keys, which change when you leave, the room. The idea is to prevent burglaries, robberies. This hotel is behind the times in this respect.

Unbeatable location: - five minutes walk to metro - five minutes walk from airport express bus stop (if you came from airport) - in front of tram stop - money exchange shop right next door with best exchange rate in town - 2 Michelin restaurants within 3 minutes walk. -1 minute to supermarket of best price in town. - 10 minutes walking distance to Municiple.

Good location, cheap.
Not great on cleaning glasses in the room, and it was a bit tatty but we just wanted somewhere to sleep so didn't mind too much. Breakfast buffet was occasionally bizarre - mixed veg? Really? But filling. Handy for trams and metro so good for exploring.

We had some problems with Hotel Harmony. The orbitz post said there was (decently priced) parking, a/c and laundry, three things we were looking for in a hotel, but none of this was correct. The parking was somewhat inconvenient and 25 euro per day. The a/c didn't exist, and there was no laundry. Positives were the location, the staff and I'd give the room a solid 3/5.

Extremely outdated, needs renovation
The bed was terribly uncomfortable. No air conditioning. The room was extremely outdated. They still use keys and they give it to you on a keychain the size of a golfball which is ridiculous. I would not stay here again. You will be disappointed when you walk in and see how old the room is.

Can hear conversations very clear, so the walls mustve been really thin. Also it was very noisy in the surroundings (not on a main/busy road either), wifi kept dropping out. Room and bathroom was clean and bed was decent for single stay.

Very good hotel !!!
We stayed in this hotel in May, 2015 for 4 nights. The hotel location is next to the tram station, walk distance to the Metro station and city center. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean. The only one weak point is not enough seats in the dinning room during the breakfast. We very recommend this hotel.

Grand Hotel Budapest IRL
The Grand Hotel Budapest in real life. A charmingish forgotten cold-war era relic. All good, but the wifi is very poor, and contrary to the hotel description, not all rooms have in-room safes - pretty important in E.European hotels.
